App does what it says it does. Simple, efficient and straight to the point. Just upgraded to the 2gb plan.

Does exactly what it says it does. My files dropped on average 25% of the order. It's now working on subbing out appropriate ALT Tags and File Names. One caveat: if you have hundreds and hundreds of pics, it may take a couple of days total to optimize and rename.

Does everything it says on the tin and made updating nearly 400 pics and file names a 30 second task instead of a nightmare! Very intuitive User Experience and very reasonable price. Support was also fast and thorough!

This app was very helpful in resizing the photos for more efficiency when loading. They were able to create alt tags for photos when we loaded new products. I am a novice and I found the app very easy to use.

This app has a great interface but unfortunately it randomly corrupted a scattering of images right across our site, including some collection images - this took a long time to sort out as there were over 1400 pictures to check. Update: Developer working with us on issue - great support.

I love this app! It is intuitive and easy to set up and it does everything automatically! I don't see how you can run a Shopify store without it. I appreciate the lower price point for new stores. If the cost were higher, I would have to wait to have this time-saving app. Thank you to all at Crush.pics. Keep up the great work!

Incredibly impressed by this app. It consistently reduced image size upwards of 30% - sometimes higher than this. Their compression is leagues beyond what Shopify is offering. As Plus partner who's launched 100+ stores, I'd recommend every Shopify use this app from the day their start selling.

It actually made my load time worse!! From 4.8s to 8.8s! Would not recommend using this app for your store

I’ve had the crush.pics app for over a year and it works really well and more importantly, their support team is phenomenal. Not only did they respond quickly and thoroughly, but they go out of their way to make sure your response is complete. Great app, great company!

Excellent app, highly recommended I love the automatic compression of only online items because we currently have unavailable products that will be online later and don't need those compressed yet. Also, the automatic renaming and automatic ALT tags will only be applied once the product has been compressed and it is setup to only compress when the product goes online which is very nice. This saves us so much time on this whole process.

This is so easy to use. Previously image compression was being done manually which took a great deal of time. Crush.pics managed to even further compress by another 38%. Now we can be assured load times will be as fast as possible. Photo quality is maintained. Best of all, now, all future product additions will be compressed automatically with alt tags attached. Love it!

Really nice App, easy to install and did the job of compressing more that 2000 images overnight. Am now going to use the file Alt Text and Rename function and hope thats good too.
