Great app, and great support team! They answer questions very promptly which is great when needing to customize certain aspects of the app.

Great technical support. I was able to implement everything I wanted for my goals. Unfortunately, our marketing direction doesn't support having this app, but this is the best you can get for an interactive gamified experience. PLEASE consider it heavily and give it a download. It really is an incredible app.

Works well even for your own email listing. Not only for new customers but also for existing customers. Easy to install and link to your email app.

I just installed this wonderful application yesterday and i am already seeing an increase in my sales since then! Would 100 percent recommend crazy rocket to anyone who wants to increase their sales quickly and make a customers experience fun on their website! Also their service is very quick. Any queries I had were resolved very quickly and in a very simplified manner! Would definitely recommend to install crazy rocket!

Highly recommend! This app is easy to install, easy to customize and easy to change plans from free to paid for when you are using the spin wheel and when you are not. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. I've been using this app for a year, on and off with my regular email platform popup, just to excite customers with something fun.

Very easy to use and has a lot you can customize. THE BEST PART is that customers that are already subscribed can participate as well. It allows for duplicate subscriptions. This is something our email marketing app Omnisend did not have, which is why I had to look elsewhere. I also like how you can set a quantity limit for coupons given out - neat add-on. It also has many colour themes to choose from. It would be great if you could customize when it goes live and turns off - this feature may be available if you pay, but not for free. Or, I could have just missed it. Anyways, I liked this app and would recommend.

Not only a great app that will increase your email sign ups and therefore your conversions and revenue, but the customer service is the best I've had in 6 years of using Shopify and its apps. I needed customization on my spin wheel that I couldn't figure out on my own. They answered my chat quickly and when I told them I didn't understand how to do the coding script they gave me, THEY JUMPED IN AND DID IT THEMSELVES IN MINUTES! Great app and above and beyond customer service. Few other notes. Most pop ups apps are the same, spin wheels gamify your popups to get a higher optin rate. In a world of variety, but still the same thing... What I really like about Crazy Rockets Spin Wheels is when they get there coupon code it adds a 15 minute timer at the bottom of your webpage to use the coupon. This scarcity makes more customers checkout then and there and not leave to "think about" using their coupon. They are also more affordable than other popup apps. Highly recommended!
