Easy to set up a good help button within 20 mins. Wish it was slightly more customizable (with how they display the categories on the help page).

This app is close to perfect! - it combines the widget with the FAQ content (only need to update content in 1 place and both are updated) - each article has its own url - each CATEGORY has its own url, this is a huge feature, being able to link to an entire related category vs having to provide multiple links to answer multiple questions in response. I've been looking for exactly this feature for a long time, it cannot be understated how useful an element this really is. Wish list to make this perfect: - HTML editor - add keyword search feature on FAQ page - ability to re-organize sequence of categories (position order) - ability to re-organize position order of articles within a category - remove branding, and- its current position it makes it too easy for user to click on branding vs the article behind it.

This App is awesome. It very minimalistic and helps the customer to answer their general concerns about the shipping and returns. Lots of customers are always concerned with the shipping and return policy and this App is the best way to communicate any policy related queries that the customer might have Also, the customer support is superb as usual. Have used other Apps from the same developer and they always go out of their way to help you out in any way they can. They even set it up for you saving your precious time. Kudos!! CornerCart team
