How should I begin, I started this app just to have a good business with my shop like the rest of you and new sellers who are thinking about SEO and other great tools. When you decide to change your mind and you want to cancel a starter subscription or being a member. They don't refund you and you can uninstall their app but when the bill comes. I have to pay a decif of $143.62 CDN which is like $99 USD myself. After trying hard to ask for a refund of this they just close the ticket on you and say they tell shopify which is a lie. I talk to shopify support agent not saying any names and they are aware and they dont have any notifications or msg about your account or mine for example. So buyer/seller beware . Boris is a great guy who responds to questions within a day. The app saves me a lot of time and provides an excellent overview, especially the blogs, which are fantastic! I've been using Convertmate for about three months. I would give it 5 stars, but it only supports SEO for one language and one target country, or requires changing the primary language of my shop, which isn't recommended. Despite that limitation, it saves me a tremendous amount of time and effort, making the price worthwhile. However, the upgrade from the scale plan to the next tier is quite steep, which is part of why I rate it 4 stars. A trial period for upgrades would be beneficial, but since SEO is a long-term strategy, you likely wouldn't see significant differences between plans within just 30 days.

i like what i have seen so far but in order to get full use out of this you have to pay more money the cost was already outradeous to being with. It is easy to use and saves an enormous amount of time. I am on the scale plan, and love the Magic Blog and Magic Link features (among all the rest). No free trial at all, there are marketing issues. Unlike other apps that you can try, this one will cost you dearly just to use. Take note, people, be careful with your use, there is a certain amount of transitional marketing. The free trial is very wonderfully related to normal use. After paying and then canceling, you have to subscribe again and pay again for the normal cycle. In short, be careful. I will be coming back once a day to tip everyone off! Their SEO is not too much over the top, it's just a system to hit the keywords. Tell all the partners who hope to do seo, give up the illusion, down to earth, find a cost-effective tool can be, there is no need to pay so much for this product, do not know, not as good as semrush ......

I use ConvertMate Shopify app, which uses artificial intelligence to optimize our product descriptions for search engines. Although I'm just starting out and won't be able to properly assess the effects of SEO optimization for a few months, the app is already making a great impression. The fast and reliable support is particularly noteworthy: I always get an answer to my questions within a very short time using the integrated chat via Intercom. This saves an incredible amount of time and makes manual work much easier. Thanks to the automation, I am confident that our products will achieve better search engine rankings in the future. I love convertmate! its so easy to use and personally I think its satisfying for how easy it is to setup everything up and it automates your SEO for you in just a click of a button. I will admit it is pricey but you're gonna have to pay the price for the quality and the effectiveness of the app.

Boris and Marc have been on top of their game regarding customer service. Optimizing SEO is challenging, mainly when different stores use different themes and layouts. ConvertMate handles this well, and the team has been very responsive to discussing our particular needs. It's been a pleasure working with Boris, as he understands our needs well and has actively noted our feedback for Improvements. The ability to generate content based on Metafields makes customising descriptions much easier. I am confident that we will succeed with the integration of ConvertMate.

Love the speed of pushing AI tags, the team is incredible to work with and attended to all our needs in timely fashion. Also the interface is super solid making it easy to see the AI suggestions and make huge push on product SEO tags that would've taken us years to accomplish without ConvertMate. highly recommend!!

Besides SEO, one of our main purposes has been to fully automate product descriptions purely based metafields, which we maintain for frontend filtering anyways. For us as a small company it is essential to automate as much as possible. ConvertMate's functionality is the most mature app supporting this functionality. Useful app and good support

I really question these 5 star reviews- twice had all my listings and descriptions destroyed by being re-written incorrectly and not according to SEO best practices by bugs in the software. Over 1000 products. They sort of were able to fix some of this, but really a total disaster for me. I was told changes could be undone but learned after making automatic changes that they could not be done. I would be very very careful using this. Also switched many SEO meta titles and descriptions with other products- a total disaster. They released this without testing or working out any bugs. I literally have spent 30+ hours fixing the mistakes so far.

I can't recommend this app enough! The customer support makes things easy and keeps it simple. The software they have built is powerful and highly customizable, which is exactly what we were after. We tried other apps or software integrations, they just couldn't handle all of our SKUs and were lacking in areas where ConvertMate excelled. This is by far the quickest and most accurate way to improve or edit products in bulk! The best part of this app I would say is the customer support, they are willing to go above and beyond!
