I think this is a great app and does build great awareness and excitement for your product. It clearly gives you all of the customer information of people who have subscribed to be notified when it comes available. It was a little difficult to set up with the coding etc, however the support team where brilliant and assisted when needed. Only downside to the app is when the product on your store becomes available it does not automatically send the customer a email to let them know it is available. There is no option to send a bulk email on the app so you have to click one by one, which when you have 100 over people waiting to be notified by the time you have notified the last person if it is a limited number product it has probably already sold out!! Sort this and the app is easily 11/10!!

It does what it says and more impressive is their support team. They are available to support you with all the issues.

This is too complicated to use, a waste of money. Uninstalling after just 30 minutes of getting the app. It's unfortunate they don't do a free trial.

This app it's fantastic. Special the support team and also the developer team that help me with strange request. I am really happy that I have installed this application.

Do not get this app. I downloaded it for a day and it did not work, no support. uninstalled it after the first day and the developer still charged me for it and wouldn't issue a refund.

They defiantly deserve 5 starts for the quick support they provide, rarely to find such after sale support and the app looks very helpful to show the products that still not stocked

I was looking for an app like this to create hype for my products that are launching soon (new swim designs), and I am so excited about it!! The team set the entire thing up, and it works really really well. They have been SO helpful anytime I need to make changes. Super quick too. Easy customisation. Highly highly highly recommend! My 5 stars go specifically toward the service provided for this product, the team is exceptional and so helpful! Nothing was a burden to help with and they fixed a request I made within 24 hours. The app itself is also great, I had specific requests that it didn’t initially provide but the service team assisted with that. The only fault is that the email customers receive is not that great and I wanted to be able to customise this but they are in the process of creating this for the app and I look forward to seeing what they create!

Love the app, it fulfills all the purpose for E-commerce website, especially when you have coming soon products frequently. The support team for the app is amazing they are so professional and prompt, one could always depend on their support team when encounters any issue.

we used this app to help us collect emails for soon to come products. works great! the customer support helped me get it set up quickly also

So far so good and all appears to work as expected. Support has been brilliant, the team have helped me present the page as I'd hoped.

I am happy to have the ability to add the coming soon button to my website. Because the items sell fast this allows customers to read the details before they are released to purchase. The app is failry easy to use. Some things I found could be more clear in the instructions of how to use. But that may also have been me new to shopify, trying to figure things out. The support is available and willing to answer questions though. The email to alert customers comes from the app creators email, so I'm unsure if customers would open it, or if it would go to junk mail. but I'm over all happy with the app, and would suggest it.

After the intial 24 hour free trial you do not have access to the app, unless you pay for it. As I liked the app, and was very straight forward to use, I paid the subscription fee, which are great low fees to suit brands on a tighter budget, but I did not get access. When I contacted them, the said it was shopify causing the technical issue. I have never been able to access the app from my phone either, I have to go on my lap top. I was told they could not help me with this and to speak to shopify. While they were responsive about refunds, 24 hours later, I still have had zero updates about the technical issue over access. Otherwise, it would have been a useful app, the only downside is that email notifications sent to customers comes from their email address, so customers may not be aware the email is from you and or view it as spam.

Pleased to use the product; just the right one we needed for the launch. Good support by the staff as and when needed. Keep up the momentum.

"Coming Soon" accomplished exactly what I wanted and needed for my store. It's very easy to use and when I set it up I needed some minor changes which were done within 24 hours. As mentioned in other reviews, the support and responsiveness is excellent. I might be using their team for some other needs.
