The interface for this app is far and away the most user friendly I've seen. It's completely idiot-proof and they've mastered the drag-and-drop and click-to-edit. I had one question about how to stop Shopify's default receipt (when a customer buys something, they get two receipts; one from Shopify and one from Receiptful). They answered it promptly, but it's impossible to get rid of it. The Receiptful team had a fantastic solution to use their notification template feature to tweak the Shopify receipt and turn it into a thank you note. I use it to give just a little bit of extra info on our products to our customer that would otherwise clutter the receipt. Oh! And it's sent to POS customers. So. Freaking. Cool.

There are three things that make this marketing app stand out from the rest of the apps here on Shopify. Those things are: 1. Amazing Service 2. Easiest to use product 3. Best implementation for product upsells available. This app is the best solution and is needed for any Shopify Store as the default order confirmation email by Shopify is just not going to cut it for anyone.

Great simple app, easy to amend design of receipt and perfectly overcomes the shopify issue of the terrible plain text order confirmations. Fantastic value for free, will probably start paying for the premium version now as really pleased with it. Still a couple of extras I'd like to see, including SKUs on the receipt but I've been assured that they're in the development pipeline. Add this app today, you've got nothing to lose, it's free and gives the customers a proper order summary.

Useless right now. Currently there is no way to disable the Shopify default order confirmation. There is absolutely no way I would use this app and spam my customers with two order confirmation emails. The "Thank You" email solution certainly isn't "ideal" as the founder of Receiptful admitted. Any gains you receive from this app will be canceled out entirely because customers do not like the SPAM! Seriously, why put this app out when something as simple as turning off an order confirmation email can't be done?

This app is very useful because I don't have to write the HTML design myself for the confirmation emails sent out to my customers. The test email really helps me to know exactly what the customers will see.

Great customer service and amazing product! We needed custom receipts since we often have customers print them as proof of purchase. Never dreamed an app would already be available with SO many useful features. This is probably the best app we've installed so far!
