Great product (when it works) but their support team is extremely slow

The emails sent from the app look great and get great responses and click-through rates, and have earned us a lot of extra sales since we've been using it (over a year now). Customers sometimes order the wrong style or color but once they receive their receipt they can see it's not what they ordered, so they quickly contact you to change the variation for them before shipped, and this really saves you from returns. this is just one cool feature that I like about Conversion. Not to mention, receipts are for free. I highly recommend this app.
