I've just started using this app. The support is very responsive - actually the support is probably the best on most of the apps that I have used. My suggestion would be to try the 30 day trial and you'll get hooked. Saves tons of time especially when you get to know the system. They now have unlimited newsletters to send out. Great feature!

5* and it would be the first app I would recommend any store owner to have. You get a lot of great features that are worth the subscription. I was reluctant at first paying it but I am so glad I gave it chance. Instant return on investment within the first week, it really is amazing. Customer support is fantastic and they are very friendly. Thank you so much guys and keep up the excellent work!

Love this app! It does everything you need and more. I originally only started using it for receipts but now I also use it for abandoned carts, it's easy to see the stats you need. It's easy to navigate and everything is in one place. Support is great & friendly Get this App!! You will not regret it!

I wrote this review a year ago (when Conversio was called Reciepful) before my store was even live. Now a year later, I still LOVE this app and think it's one of My most important add-ons. This team has created real value for my store and it pays for itself by generating more sales for me. Here is My original review... "My store is not live yet, but the build process has been made much easier with Receiptful. This product is full of great features but it feels like they built it with workflow and marketing goals in mind (much better than neat geek tricks in some software). I am very encouraged to see the service in action (soon!)."

Really great app with some essential features. The custom receipts make a big difference and there's a lot of automated marketing. Highly recommended. UPDATE: Conversion has added more features that we have started implementing in our marketing. The recommendation widgets are really great for conversion. We use them in the product page, cart page, and 404 page. The advanced search feature (to replace your existing search field) is really ace. Back-end interface has become sleeker and more user friendly. Very happy with this app.

Conversio is a very good autoresponder for your existing customers. Once your Shopify captures a new customer's email address and if you have set up your Conversio to respond the way you want, you practically let this wonderful app to the rest! It is really very passive, but not less professional! I like the pre-existing email templates and suggestions that save me alot of time (something I seriously lack). Thank you once again Conversio and I trust you would have more followers, if you continue to keep up the good work and service!
