I just began a dropshipping business and after having not much luck finding suppliers, I found CJ and my experience with them has been fantastic! Customer service is really quick to respond. I've communicated with Peter, Helen, and Abby, and all have been great! Update: shipping times would be the main problem I'm experiencing, so luckily I did not scale. Pretty much all of my complaints are about shipping as it takes quite long to update (yes, it's clearly listed on my site). Many packages are sitting at the destination airport for over a week with no update, and CJ isn't really able to provide any further info.

I had to change my review to 1 star due to no support on lost package on order 2101231951738808301 Customer service does not have any idea where the package is.

The cj platform isn't so user friendly at first, but with the help of the chat assistants, like William Wei, who has been really patient and answererd to my questions really fast it has been an easy journey.

Do NOT waste your time and money with these guys! Worst customer support experience ever! They lie, the make empty promises, they blame each other, and never deliver. Their user interface is so ridiculously complex and ugly and useless! I wish I could give them -5 stars!! And Shopify has to do a better job vetting these apps AND managing them... that's part of their value prop. So, it turns we can not have more than one supplier app connected to a Shopify store, as we run the risk of those apps having access to orders placed for other apps. Case in point, among our CJ orders we found orders meant for Oberlo!

I really love CJDropshipping, they have a lot good products and their service is amazing! If they dont have a product yet, you can fill in a request easy, and CJDropshipping will get the products very fast, takes 1-2 days. Their support is AMAZING as well, they speak very well English, they are very professional and they work very hard to help the customers (dropshippers like us).
