CJ app has been very good so far. It's not perfect but gets the job done. My current agent Susan Zhou has been very helpful in answering my questions and getting things resolved. Also one of the overnight agents Christina Chen was helpful in requesting for the correct items/ variants to be sourced. I like that I can reach out to an agent any time of day or night.

I like the fact that the app is easy to use. There is always someone to amazed your question through the chat and that you have your own personal agent to refere to when needed. Great winning products as well

It's a very good platform, an incredible work by the agent than work on CJ; always avaible to my request, day and night, they're amazing! Besides they have a lot of incredible products than you can find on CJ or you can add by CJ extension for Chrome! 5 stars!!!

Great service and excellent customer support. My agent (Estelle) was able to find answers and solutions for all kinds of questions and requests. Easy to use interface, even with multiple tabs opened, great user experience. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that product search doesn't really find relevant results all the time, so that could be on the list for improvement.

the agents are very responsive no matter what time you sent a message. It's a good app, even though I've been running into problems i didn't have before, i still give it a 5 star because they work with me to fix it. i'll highly suggest you preorder your inventory though.

do not work with this company, they are crooks and liars, the whole experience was disgusting, Hugo Hu was our account manager, told us incorrect wrong information, wasted our time, took ages to reply, when he did he was rude,all he can say is LMAO.. shopify should not work with this company, no one should, we will dedicate time to making sure others know how bad they are on every social platform we can,

CJ is very user friendly. And they have a very good customer support. Fast shipping options and more warehouses around the world.

Although CJ do lack a large inventory compared to AE, Liz Liao was very helpful and patient in answering my questions and helping me source for products! :)
