Now that I have been using the app for over a month, the test email and text doesn't work and I have many customers claiming that they never received a notification. When I emailed them screenshots of the problem, they denied there was a problem and then 2 hours later they said they needed time to research it. I deleted the app and went back to the Back in Stock app which costs more but never stopped working.

Great app, great support. The app works well and is valuable for our customers. The support is kind and fast. You can customize all the texts of the button.

Trying to get the integration for Klaviyo set up. They were very helpful but ultimately it seems to be in Klaviyo's hands. Thanks for trying!

Customer service is truly a VIP experience. They fix things almost immediately. The always seem to understand the issue. I'm not going to lie. I expected less. But, if you are looking for back in stock alerts at an affordable price, then this is the app for you. Really great all around.

Reasonably priced with good customer service and tech support. The design elements could use a little more finesse with the option to add images to pop ups etc but for the price, it's good value.

Great app and wonderful service. Had a minor issue with the button not showing, Claire promptly resolved it.

tab doesn't show for all of my sold out items. tab doesn't get removed when product is back in stock either. had to contact support every. single. damn. time there was a restock and when there was a sold out item.
