We have integrated this app on our store, and while it did not immediatly work (due to missing parameters on our end!) the support was very fast and helpful to guide us through the process of integrating it to the shop. With this help and the app we found ourselves quite quickly being able to open a new marketplace (Kaufland) for us. 10/10 can recommend!

App works as you would expect. Support made some custom changed to my account which made the app even better for my use. Responsive support!

Works perfectly, and the customer support is excellent. We use this app to only sync orders and stock between shopify and kaufland. It doesn't need to overwrite your existing content, wich is perfect

I am new to e-commerce and with their help I managed to transfer the information about my shop's products to the kaufland shop. Although there were some problems during the transfer process, it was only a matter of time before it was all sorted out. I believe that with their help my kaufland shop will get better.

ich hab die App für mein Onlineshop benutzt, und esm ist wie ein einfacher Weg, alle Produkte in Kaufland auch zu integrieren. ich muss also sagen, dass sie eine wirklich hilfsbereite Support Team haben. lg omid

We had experienced some challenges exporting our products but Anas our contact person has been amazing and very supportive. We were looking for an app to integrate our store with the Kaufland marketplace for months! Finally, we have found a perfect app to be able to export all products from our store to Kaufland. Support is fantastic, responsive as lightning and extremely helpful! Whenever we encountered an error, they were there to help us solve that specific problem! We recommend this app to all sellers looking for Shopify > Kaufland integration. Great job and keep up the good work! p.s. We are looking forward to an update where we can filter the products based on stock level (if stock > 0 condition) and import only these products to the app and then to Kaufland, but it's really not that necessary.

App works great and automatically for us to receive and send orders from Kaufland to Shopify and back. If there were any bugs or hickups the service team was very helpful and responsive via the whatsapp chat support. I can recommend this if you are using Kaufland.de to sell a larger catalogue.

I am using this App to sync the products, orders etc. from Shopify to Kaufland and I stumbled upon an Error with EAN as only 13/14 digits were being accepted. The support team guided me through how to fix it and were continously in touch till the whole setup has been done!

I installed it on our shopify and the support from the team is really good. I really appreciate when you can get quick support with startup isses you might have.

Achtung diese App ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Voller Bugs und die Übertragung funktioniert nicht richtig. Damit kann man sich einen erheblichen Schaden zufügen. Die Software ist voller Bugs. Die Bestellungen werden nicht vollständig abgerufen. Die verschiedenen Felder wie Lieferadressen und Rechnungsadressen werden nicht vollständig übertragen sowie das Feld Firmenanschrift. Dazu ist der Support nicht fähig dies zu lösen. Was noch schlimmer ist die MwSt. wird nicht auf den Rechnungen bei den Bestellungen von Kaufland zu Shopify ausgewiesen. Das ist höchst geschäftsschädigend. Dadurch wurde unsere Kundenreputation geschädigt da die Ware aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Bestellungen nicht ausgeliefert werden konnte. Mal abgesehen davon das die Buchhaltung einen doppelten aufwand hatte die Rechnungen zu korrigieren.

Super, die Installation & Einweisung in die App ging mit Hilfe des Supports sehr einfach. Bei Problemen schreibt sie einfach an, der Support hilft sofort. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Großes Lob an Anas!!!
