very useful app. cedcommerce helped me hand in hand at every step to get over the fruugo. i throught it would be tidy and lot of manual work i have to go through to get on fruugo however ced made it very easy for me. there app is really time saving and efficient. This company is so willing to help and patient that I am so grateful I found them. It was CED that encouraged me to try to get selling at fruugo. For me, it was affordable and worth it to start selling on these other platforms but with a partner like CED, I feel really good about a smooth transaction through their app that syncs orders directly to my shopify store. It's a really good app. It's cut down the time taken to upload new listings to fruugo and helps me to keep track of the live status of my listings on fruugo. The support from the staff is excellent, they help you immediately and understand your needs. Would recommend this app, it is extremely simple to use. thanks cedcommerce.

Remarkably amazing APP that creates a full FEED for Fruugo, Easy to customize platform, easy to understand template, and extremely well and dynamic design. This is surely the most useful app made for fruugo work. Extremely well designed, user friendly and works all the time without producing errors. I have been using it since a long time and it stands out from all other apps in many aspects. The app itself is automating so many things from shopify to fruugo, and they have covered so many details within, which is what makes this app a complete package. Inventory, price, orders, everything is syncing so easily and without any errors. Their support team is always available to help and they helped me solve and understand many problems that were stopping me from being able to sell our products . I have not seen any other company do that yet CedCommerce is what I will prefer anytime I wish to sell on any market through my shopify store. Highly recommend them to everyone, as they are serious in their work.

The app support is very fast and attentive and it's easy to list the products to Fruugo marketplace.

The CED commerce does everything that they say it does and the service from the team has been fantastic.

(January 21, 2021 - 5 stars) - Getting support. Will update on how it goes. Edited (January 15, 2021 - 2 stars) I had an issue with certain countries that did not allow certain products. Asked Fruugo about it and Fruugo told us to unlist those products from the CSV feed. CedCommerce app only use one feed and when I emailed them about it, they quoted me $100 to do "custom work". They seriously wanted me to pay extra (other than the regular monthly/yearly fee) so they can fix their app and make it more easy for us to limit products from different countries. This feature should already be included. If Fruugo is telling me that I need to limit product on the feed then that means that Fruugo has an option but CedCommerce has not tapped into that feature yet and wanting to charge me extra just so they can do their work. No thanks. Edited (June 25, 2019) App is working fine now. ------------------ Edited (May 6, 2019) (3-Star) The team has been helpful but yesterday I had the worse experience. I opened up chat, asked them to fix a pending order. The rep told me that they will fix and email me. After 5 hours, NO EMAIL and NO FIX. So I contacted again via chat. Second rep told me they will fix it. Took his sweet time while I was waiting on chat. So I told him to email me as I am a business owner and don't have time to sit there and wait hours to get a simple fix. Rep told me okay. Three hours pass and NO EMAIL NO FIX. So I contacted again via chat. It said they were online, but they did not respond. After a good 20 minutes of waiting, I left. Maybe they are training new people, I don't know nor care. If I have a problem, get it fixed! If you can't fix, you need to communicate and tell me you are waiting for it to be fixed. Moreover, the communication. BEWARE!!!! If you contact them via chat, they make you hold on forever! And they don't come back to say anything. Sometimes I wait 45 minutes after they say, "Please wait while I check". Within that 45 minutes, the rep does not come back to tell me he/she is still working on the problem. They just leave you there like you are no one important. I guess customer service is not part of their mission statement. I have been with this company (using a lot of their apps) and it is a hit or miss with their service and apps. Sometimes I get the best help and support. Sometimes they blow me off. The next step I have is reporting straight to Fruugo about the lack of support this integration gives and the headaches I have had. Edited (January 23, 2019) (5-star) The CedCommerce team reached reached out to me in a personal email and fixed any problems that I am facing. I appreciate their help. Original review (2018) (5-star) Great app! Within a few days, orders started coming in. App was easy to setup. Loving every minute!

I have now changed my review as there have been no problems for quite some time and the customer support seems to have got a lot better Initially we thought this app was ok and gave it 5 stars having used it for a few weeks now we are very dissappointed We had 2 orders with inventory errors which suggests they are not uploading in real time as they say they are when confronted about this they said it had been resolved but a week later the same problem. They told me that it wasnt their error but they were speaking to Fruugo about it, They clearly had not spoken to Fruugo at all and just said that they would make sure it never happened again. This type of support is not satisfactory. If i replied to my customers like this I would have been closed down a long time ago I have now spoke to Fruugo and they have cinfirmed that Cedcommerce did not speak to them at all about this problem and that the problem was Ced commerce NOT Fruugo . I have asked to speak to a manager but Ced commerce are not replying to me

I have installed the Fruugo integration app and I am very satisfied with the service. they are always available for helping. Avoid if you have a store with lots of products... this app is very limited in terms of what it can do and you will end up spending countless hours sorting out product categories

I use this app to generate my feed from Shopify to my Fruugo account. I had only one issue with the app but after speaking to the team via Whatsapp & live chat they added the feature i needed the next day. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.

The app is very simple to use, one of the most user- friendly app i have used for integration, which is a great help, very easy to import products from shopify to app to fruugo marketplace and is also easy to do the work. Very user friendly with responsive support either through whatsapp or skype which helped us get up and running - Aman and team were very helpful and quick to response.

It was great to deal with CED regarding Fruugo my team was awesome and helped me out through all the steps to get Fruugo live, I just want to thank AMAN for all his help and patience
