The app looked overwhelming to begin with but their customer support is incredible. Always on hand to help walk you through it. They end up helping you with things you didn't even know you needed help with! Would give more stars if possible. Highly recommended.

Loved the customer service and help. It was a bit confusing it but Vishal helped with the installation and uploading of the products. Very easy to use so far.

I used this app to transfer all my products from shopify to ebay to get a wider range of traffic. The chat support was helpful but a bit slow to respond and very persistent about me leaving a review which was uncomfortable. The interface is a bit wonky, doesn't translate 100% with shopify attributes but sure saved me a lot of time in the grand scheme of things. Transfered all my photos and descriptions perfectly. *update, the developer of this app is continuing to harass me to now change my review, has found me on all my personal IG account and whatsapp, officially creeped out.

App works well - very important to check the configuration app settings to ensure you have selected which attributes you want to sync between eBay and shopify. If you are listed in several selling channels and want to have channel specific titles and descriptions un-check title and description that way you can differentiate listings in both channels. App takes a little time to get used to but it saves quite a bit of time.

This really is an amazing company excellent app fully featured and even allows custom fields and HTML descriptions very robust software highly recommended. The customer service is excellent, responsive, and always has a solution its nice to work with such knowledgeable people they really know their software inside out don't look anywhere else use this software. I used this Great app to Sync my Shopify store with my eBay store, I got excellent support to install and configure the app, then I needed to upload limited quantity from each product from Shopify to eBay to keep products within the eBay limit, I didn't know how to do it then I started a chat with the app support team with (Vishal) where he provided excellent guidance and support. many thanks for the great experience
