Great hand hold setup for a non tec administrator. Thank you for reaching out and linking our Shopify store to EBay We had been used to the previous Shopify automatic link with Ebay and discovered to our cost and reputation that this had ended. We set up with this app but did not understand the workings. I sent a 'help' message out on the WhatsApp channel that they opened on setup and got a reply a few hours later. It happened to be 4am in France where I was on holiday but as the 'catch all' boss, not unwelcome and by 6am cet all was sorted and our orders started to download again to our Shopify store. We'll done , great effort and I will pass on my communication to our tec bod as soon as he starts work in 4 hours. Now back to bed.

This app works well but I have been most impressed with Rishu & the other business development analysts who have helped me understand how to best use the app. Their service is very prompt and they have resolved a couple of complex (for me) issues in a very patient, kind & friendly manner. So far I will give it a very positive review. I now have all of my products listed and it would've taken forever with all the variances. Still loving CED Commerce two years after we started using it. The product is rock solid, easy to use and the support team are the best of any Shopify App that we use. If you need to pass data and products between Shopify and other store platforms CED commerce is the way to do it.

Ced commerce support is very good. I was attended to quickly and managed to solve all my doubts. I just say to find the shopify me to type without characters is a lot, nobody has time for that.

Just getting to grip with the app, but the service level of customer care is perfect, I had a few problems and they were sorted quickly via the chat.

So after 2 years I quit using the app, selling things on eBay at a price from several years ago just wasn't a great experience for me or my customers. To the credit of ced commences, they assigned an account manager and tried to resolve the issues I outline below. Unfortunately, the manager seemed most invested in fixing my review rating and less invested in fixing the underlying problems. Once it became apparent that wasn't in the cards he disappeared without resolving these issues. The support is just bad. Why have a live chat if the answer is always "we need to escalate your issue to a developer, and will followup in a few days"? A few problems here. 1) Products sync degrades over time, and they want me to use app credits to resync products. Would be super awesome if a 500 product limit meant 500 products and not (for example) 125 product which need to be resynced 4 times because the app for some reason decided to complicate my life. 2) because of 1, I often sell on ebay at prices from a year ago. 3) because of 1, orders fail to sync. If god forbid I dont see them, they dont get shipped in a timely manner, and I (justifiably) get poor feedback around this. 4) When such orders are escalated to the support team, sometimes the tickets are dropped on their face. I am currently checking in with a 3 week old order for the 3rd time with their support team, which is kinda infuriating. Maybe solve the underlying issue with your product?
