After trying other apps for google feed management apps here on Shopify, I installed this Shopping feed for Google app by CedCommerce and we are so please with it. I can say that the support is AWESOME. Especially Swati was helping us out so great and quick and helped us in getting our account approved as it was suspended by Google. Really TOP. I definitely can recommend the support and the feature set of the app looks great as well.

I am impressed with this app and the level of support at Ced commerce. The interface is intuitive, and easy to use. The features are very useful and user friendly, more than expected. The support is pretty good, it has been a personal, 1 to 1 level, they take the time, and help on a step by step basis with configuring the feeds and optimizing the product data. I recommend this app to people who are serious about growing their ecommerce store.

There is great support to move forward and set up the applications. Great advises to fix issues of pending and disapproval from Google.

Note: This review is based on the free trial tier of this product. As a new Shopify user and store, I installed this app to help me load my products from Shopify to Google Shopping. I chose this app because I like what I saw was available in their non-free tiers, even if I don't think we are ready to upgrade yet; I'm looking to the future and do not want to have to switch apps when I am ready to grow. What I liked about this app was how easy it was to set up and configure. While instructions were clear and available, they weren't really even needed to get going. Very intuitive and easy to use and my products were syncing with Google within 5 minutes of installing the app. What I *loved* about this app was not the app itself. About a week after installing the app, I had forgotten about it. Then I received a message on WhatsApp from someone in their support group along with a screenshot of my dashboard and a message letting me know there was an issue with my products, and asking if I would like some help getting them accepted by Google. I thought, "sure, why not" and so that's what I said, and within minutes, she was able to dig in, figure out what the issue was, and walk me through what I needed to do in my Google Merchant account to correct the issue. She then had me delete my products in Google Merchant and resync them. And then this morning I woke up to a message from her letting me know she checked on my products overnight and they had all been approved. I am just blown away by the level of support I received from this company, which makes me want to take a much closer look at their other products as well.

We use this app to create Google Shopping feeds for both our India and US stores. It functions as expected and produces feeds that integrate seamlessly with the Merchant Center. However, what sets this particular app apart from the field is the level of support from the team. If ever there are issues with our feed, they reply promptly and always have a solution for it. Keep up the good work!

I have had alot of issues with google ads and the merchant center. As soon as I downloaded this app I was connected with chat and was very helpful and informative. Have tried 2 other apps and couldn't get help. I already feel much better and more comfortable with this app on my side.

This app works well for our goals of providing an easy to manipulate feed that meets Google Shopping requirements. I was given a recommendation on this app as our store sells worldwide and as we needed an app to be able to create a feed for multiple countries for Google shopping I was very satisfied with the customer service for learning to use their product and appreciated everything they did to make it a successful launch.

I have just started using this app since I have constantly had problems getting up and running with google shopping actions. I am not approved yet but I am sure I will be as soon as they review. The customer service I have received from SWATI was unbelievable...in fact I have had prompt service several times today as I tried to get up and running...Swati however is my new best friend and she really went the extra mile to get my problems I have been having with another app cleared up so I can get to selling!

Everything was fine until I purchased the app and started the free trial and now im spending more time wondering whats wrong and fixing issues instead of enjoying the app and what it has to offer...The customer service is horrible, I dont know what I was doing and I used the help service and I dont like the fact of being offered to a friend outside of this app to spend money to upgrade my store...which has nothing to do with this app..once I refuse, all of a sudden my merchant account is messed up and now im trying to ask questions and now customer service isn't responding AT ALL!!...its like they all ignoring my questions and stalling me until I'm speaking back to the same representative I was talking to earlier....I noticed that at a certain time there are different reps, but im trying not to talk to certain rep, so im looking for help at a DIFFERENT TIME so I dont talk to this person, I need this addressed and this is getting out of hand..thanks
