This is a hard one to rate, first my store had problems with Google so it was not an easy install. Support is difficult because of the time difference, I am sleeping when they have time to chat and vice versa. But, even with those challenges, the support has been amazing, helping a newbie understand all that is involved with Google, helping me identify problems, helping me with the automated stuff. Did I mention that I am on the free plan? As we scale up, I will be upgrading my plan and recommending the team to anyone that has Google challenges.

App is very clean and easy to use. The costumer service helped me a lot fixing some issues that my store had! Definitely recommend it!

I got this app to help me upload products on google. I’m not tech savvy so I used the 24/7 chat icon. That helped me navigate through difficult times and they also explained step by step on what I needed to do to fix certain situations . I feel comfortable using this app and I love their reliability. Definitely recommending this to my friends who want to start their e-commerce stores.

I used Shopping Feed for Google to transfer my products to Google. After few days, I found some errors on my Google Merchant account. When I contacted customer service, I talked to a kind and professional lady named Swati (A business development analyst). She helped me solve the issues we were having with GMC and Shopify; She helped me understand more the app features. She spent her time and found (quickly) the errors we were having. I genuinely appreciate Swati and Cedcommerce for such friendly and professional customer service.

I was really struggling with Google merchant centre trying to get my products approved and listed. I downloaded shopping feed for Google and immediately was contacted with free support, within a day all my issues were fixed! Amazing customer service so would recommend it to anyone struggling.

Found CED initially from their Best Buy app as we were integrating our shop with Best Buy and then hired them for Google and Social Media ads. Just on our first day going live on Google we started to get sales. The team is dedicated and on top of their stuff.

This is the BEST experience & app I have ever got on Shopify!! They are the ONLY reason I'm still using Shopify this platform as my website builder - I was almost ready to give up on my Shopify store and switch to EcWid website platforms because the my Google Merchandise Center keeps being suspended by Google (while EcWid uses Kliken to guarantee approved GMC listings). Besides Google Shopping Ads, I also got the support to list with "Buy on Google" directly from CED. The basic subscription provides live support and a dedicated customer service agent. This is the first ever time I feel being served, building this webpage. Thank you guys for being available!!

Everything is awesome on this app, the support is great and even contact you in whatsapp to fix you're problem like you're GMC account is suspended or anything! Big shoutout to Swati Lohani who really helped me! Thanks for all the support !
