I had a great experience with customer service; I wasn't expecting anyone to answer my chat since it is 10:00pm! He responded within 1 minute and went over and beyond to fix my issue in less than 10 minutes>I would highly recommend this app as customer service means everything to me. My instagram shop is now active!

As per usual amazing customer service. I have been using the CED eBay integration app, and I am now trying this integration with Facebook. Looking forward to seeing the results. I will update my review when I have spent more time with the app. But just on customer service alone they get 5 stars

Wow! I am so glad Kartik was able to help me in just a couple minutes to help connect my facebook and instagram with my shopify store. It took me a whole day to figure out but fail so I am glad I was able to get help from Kartik. He did so great at helping me and was very patient with me.

Setting up was difficult. Arpit from Facebook support desk walked me through the process and I am hoping that in 24 hours I will be able to sell on Facebook and Instagam. Absolutely love this app!!! Not only is it free but it's also super easy to navigate, the ease with which the data uploads and can be edited is just awesome! the helpdesk guys are extremely responsive as well which makes the experience perfect.. I would give this app more stars if i could :D
