This app is amazing and makes Facebook and Instagram shopping more convenient! I got the most amazing support from Kartik who was very patient with me and explained each step so I could set up my store, I was originally confused with the process and Kartik explained and made it all easy. App does what it's stated to do. Support is very quick and does their best to be helpful. Just understand that Facebook is not a very transparent company, so getting a straight answer about what's happening can be difficult, as there's basically no communication with Facebook. App developer does their best given the difficulty with Facebook. Connecting to Marketplace could be have better instruction, but again it's not the dev's fault.
