Maybe the app has its "need to improve" sections, but the customer service team is always happy to help, so nice and does the job pretty efficiently. Keep this going, guys!

App is overpriced but does the job. I would be more inclined to keep this app if it was issued at cheaper rate. 1-3.00 is reasonable.

Constantly glitching

I am tech illiterate and have trouble turning on the PC let alone installing an app. But Carlos came to the rescue. Very kind patient persistent customer service. I recommend.

Worst app ever!!!!!!!! Nothing works!!! Lots and lots of glitches in the store. And while the support staff is very nice when it comes to their ability to resolve things - nada! Please do yourself a huge favor, and don't you dare download it! And if anyone thinks I'm just writing this without proof, I have the correspondence with the support team in my email that will show the enormous difficulties and their incompetence.

Super helpful support team. The customer service Maren gives us very professional help and she can diagnose the problem clearly. This was the only app I could find that actually did what I was looking for on our website. Much better than Shopify themes section. You don't need to worry about editing the codes and set up very easily.

Nett, aber zu teuer, für diese Funktion würde ich nur 1,99 € zahlen anstatt 10,99 $. Dafür ist die Funktion zu unwichtig und verlangsamt zudem den Store. Ich werde es sehr wahrscheinlich nicht weiter nutzen.

I uninstalled the app cut It was not suitable for my needs and the whole website got crashed. I think something is still left in the code. to whom could I contact to?

This is a great app. It worked better than expected. It's easy to add videos to literally any section, loop them, autoplay them, and it's seamless. I really can't be happier with this app. As a video producer, it gives me unlimited ability to use video in a Shopify store.
