Fünfsterne für den Customerservice! Bislang habe ich noch keine Produkte verkauft, von daher kann ich wenig über die Upsells sagen (Bislang habe ich davon aber nur gutes gehört!). Der Customer Service ist schnell! Ich sprach mit dem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten David, der nicht nur in kürze meine Problematik gelöst hat sondern mir noch gute Tipps gegeben hat wie ich an manchen stellen noch Verbesserungen machen kann. Super gut!!

Cart X est vraiment très bien mis en place, très intuitif et rapide à configurer. De plus le staff est super, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir été aidé par David qui m'a guidé sans . Je recommande de loin cette application.

Une excellente expérience pour l'instant. Pas encore ouvert mon site mais les choses que j'ai voulu mettre en place était très simple et du moment ou j'ai rencontré un problème David un employé a su m'aider à la perfection très très rapidement et très gentiment.

David a été super avec moi. Très doué, il a parfaitement résolu mon problème très rapidement. En plus, il est très agréable ce qui rends l'expérience utilisateur bien meilleur. Bref, ça fait la différence d'avoir un service client à la hauteur grâce à David. Merci à lui et très bonne application.

J'avais un soucis et l'équipe a su me répondre et résoudre le pb rapidement! Merci à David je mets 4 car pour moi il manque encore quelques fonctionnalité pour que cette application soit parfaite! Avis , nbr d'étoiles comme sur les fiches produits ou de pouvoir choisir une note différente pour chaque produits + changement de visuels quand on choisit une autre version de produit! Bonne continuation à l'équipe je recommande fortement l'application!

On va pas se mentir, cette application tient ses promesses. Si vous appliquez et que vos tunnels sont bien structurés, elle fera le taff les yeux fermés. De plus David et réactive au top. Good job
