App stopped working completely, contacted customer support several times. Only response ever received was 'Facebook has implemented modifications to its API, which has resulted in the emergence of this issue. Our development team is currently working to resolve this matter.' However every time we tried to check on the issue they only replied with 'Our developers are still checking on this' First contact was February 2024 last email received was April 2024. It's now July and we still do not have a working app on our site yet are paying a monthly fee. When the app was working you'd have to constantly check your website to see if any photos actually showed up. If they didn't you'd have to reconnect to get the pictures to show up. Do not recommend.

Not what I thought. Much too expensive for what it does. And why do they put a music track on their "how to use" video instead of actually explaining how to use it?? Furthermore, there are probably far more negative reviews than are shown on these pages, because they send emails begging you to remove negative reviews, but don't even address the content of what you discussed.

I am happy with this app and its functions. It makes my facebook page look very professional. Great support from their team during setup, especially Kemi.

This app is a no Bueno customer services is non- existent I'm getting charged without getting any assistance.

If you're looking for an Instagram feed of your products right on your website then look no further. We are a small, volunteer run non profit and this helps us look sharp and well established. What I liked best about the app is the customer service. I had an easy time getting support from the developers whenever I hit a roadblock. What I like the best is that this makes our site always feel fresh and current. This is what customers like. Important to note, Instagram has no outreach for their business customers like us, so it is nice to know there are other apps to create the connection that the public has come to expect.

Wow I never rate apps but I was interested in having this on my site. I kind of got lost so decided to uninstall it but when I requested help, not only did they assist in a few minutes, they did it all for me - FOR FREE!!! THIS IS A MUST.

We have been using Shop by Instagram for a few weeks now. It's easy to use and our Insta posts can be added to our homepage gallery plus product page in a few clicks. Perfect for showcasing lifestyle images of using the product. Really apply with post-purchase service by their team especially Vinita. Impressive work and class support. This App should be your go-to app if you looking for shoppable Instagram. Definitely worth considering.

it's good and easy to use and support has been very fast. Essentially plug and play and any beginner can use it.

I am using this app for several weeks now. Apart from few glitches, I must say, it is working stable and what important, support is responsive and helpful. The only reason I did not gave 5 stars yet, as I have 2 major feature missing for me: 1. to be able to add product color variations as well, and 2. to be able to autoshow insta photos (without the need of manually checkbox them) and tag them later. They had been promised to add this in the upcoming weeks, so I will update my review according to this. i can definitively recommend this app compared to other instashops available. Cost and value ratio is also good, so give it a try, you have nothing to loose.
