Update: Updating to 5 stars. I received excellent customer service, including the correction of coding errors I couldn't find myself. It even looks like the days of my free trial were reset for the days I lost. Thanks! I would love to be able to use this app properly, but I am running into error messages from Google, and whenever I reach out to Support via their provided links, I never receive a response :(

I started the free trial of this app, uploaded and confirmed all the information but am still unable to see any of what the campaigns look like or edit them. Half the time the dashboard doesn't load, and I can only see metrics, but no specifics. What is the 14-day free trial? I thought this App had a free plan as listed in the app store. I have contacted support but have not heard from anyone in over a week.

I bought the shopify campaign pro only it stuck at step 3 all the time and hasn't been going on for 2 months ....

looks like a good app only downside is asking me to write a review even before i can see my campaigns. i can see 5 campaigns but cant see what they are .

Simple and easy to use. Good for getting you started with a basic AdWords set up. More detailed targeting and optimisation would be beneficial in the future.

Easy and fast start of google ads campains. The force to rate is a little bit strange and reduces the willing to work with the app.
