Worst ads quality ever seen, yet automated, in that they were activated without warning right away. 4 days of waiting to get access (BCFM = 4), with no reason at all (we are working on it, the claim was). The alarming fact was that there was a mystery manager account attached to our own with ownership rights! When asked to downgrade their access rights so we add our own MCC nobody had a clue what was that (I assumed it was theirs, how else they would "manage"). And it was only then that they "realized" that they didn't have access (but you were supposed to be working on it?!?!). When I eventually removed the mystery account and added them, the platform opened. And It was the moment I was faced with the worst setup, creative etc ever. And Activated! They were kind enough to even create ads for our free postcards (we sell Jewellery). Not a chance to work by starting from scratch as everything worth the effort was paywalled. It is still early but I enjoy using this so far. It helps start up e-commerce businesses such as ours use google efficiently

Still trying to work my way through this app and haven't really seen any ROI but I spoke with a helpful customer service person today named Carlos who had some suggestions so lets hope it works. Not a fan of spending marketing budget on things that don't work so I am going to give it a couple months and see what happens Helpful though a little confusing to get starting using this app. Hopefully it starts to provide metrics on conversions from my google ads

keep getting issues with google shopping and contacting the customer service, they apparently keep working on it but issue is never solved. Also the communication is complicated as it seem I am talking every time with someone else and not my original ad manager so i have to write again and again . Original: Good help from Carlos to set up our first campaigns and clever tips on how to run them. Need to test the app on the long run but seems to be working just fine and integrates all possible kind of campaigns, including retargeting

It was easy but a little too easy. Still figuring out navigation. Some products have been rejected and I'm not sure why, but figuring it out

Wasn’t a very quick set up, it should be a more less particular process so that people do not feel intimidated by something that may be doing this for there first time.
