I have only just loaded the app onto my Shopify so I don't have any practical experience with the app just yet. That being said the Customer Service is AMAZING!! The instant help through the Chat was FANTASTIC.. Sam was incredibly helpful walking me through the steps and very patient. THANKS

What I loved about setting up the app in my store was the LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I was able to communicate what I wanted and in a few minutes, it was all set up for me. This truly was the easiest and quickest way to set up an app and I was so grateful!

Really great customer service

First and foremost, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They promptly answered all my queries and even offered to set up the spin wheel feature for me. He customized the wheel with various prize options. Very helpful for a not so tech savvy individual like myself.

Au début, j’ai eu du mal à activer ma roulette, mais mon agent a été une belle aide. Il a pu m’accompagner. Très rapide et efficace!! Je recommande fortement !! He help me twice.
