at the first I don’t think this app would make a difference to my store because we have high number of option and deferent suppliers in every products... but I was wrong I find it reliable, easy and great support team that helps you beyond your expectations

We downloaded this app originally to execute a Black Friday Sale, and decided to keep it year round. We did hit a few snags with uploading on BF midnight, BUT the customer service and tech support were so kind and helpful. We managed to get everything up and running, and our BFCM sale was a HUGE success. Would highly recommend!

Easy to use and worked perfectly!

This app worked well for me over BFCM. I didn't experience any issues and managed to set up my discount across my entire store with no problems. I would have considered keeping the app past my 14 day free trial but I did think the fee was high.

Completely failed me on Black Friday. No scheduled discount activated, and while live chat support was responsive, had to refer the issue to dev support, from whom I didn't receive a response until late the next day. Spent the next four hours manually activating each discount within Shopify as I had customers waiting online for the sale to begin. If I had not been up (midnight sale launch) and not seen the issue until morning, it would have resulted in at least $1500 of lost sales. I appreciate there was congestion due to the major sale weekend, and I was activating a few hundred products, but if after 30 minutes of the sale beginning nothing is on sale... the app has failed. Further, the interface for this app is clumsy. Should a product need to be moved from one discount level to another there is no display of which sale level it can be found in. A drag and drop across multiple sales, or at worst, allow a product to be de-activated from within any sale (not locked up as 'Used') would save a lot of time. Waste of money, and nearly cost me a LOT!

App did exactly what I needed quickly and easily

Yesterday we had an unexpected issue with another app (Sale Rack) that malfunctioned and severely messed up the prices for our entire store of 4000 products right before Black Friday. There was no customer service support available for the other app. This app came through for us in the clutch, and customer support went above-and-beyond helping us trouble shoot issues that they didn't even cause in the wee hours of the morning. (Shout-out to Olga.) With her help we managed to get our store operating again literally minutes before our Black Friday email blast was sent out. Five stars and our gratitude.

Had some issues, I created them myself. I needed help and used the chat feature. I was frantic as my mistake was quite big and there was NO empathy at all from the rep. Its BF and I needed this to work. Got it all sorted but it would have been nice to speak to someone a little nicer. The product it self is great! Easy to use and my mistake was actually easy to fix. Disappointed that this app does not work with collections or "shopify smart collections" as they are known. Also does not work with pre-existing tags. Ouch! I have *a lot* of collections and they are all made using tags/conditions. Why is this app is charging $20/month? Seems overpriced for less functionality than other sales apps.

Super responsive support, have a few apps now. Good job guys. I think your UI on the apps needs a bit of work though.

Fantastic app, very easy to use and works great.

Has been a good app so far. Has make our sales much easier since we have a affiliate program and shopify doesn't let you use two discounts.

Does not work with Smart Collections. Unfortunately that makes it useless for me. If you have a lot of products that you want to discount, this app is not for you.
