This app is great if you want a drag and drop builder for Shopify stores that can supplement your theme. It is also great for building sections for Shopify Store 2.0. We used Builder for more than a year and liked it. My biggest complaint is the pricing. It is too expensive for what is offered (I was on the old pricing at $80/month), especially when you are charged for 4 seats in the basic plan. I wish there was a way to opt out of those additional seats for small businesses, because I don't need 4 users. $80 is really pushing it as it is for a small business. That's why we've decided to cancel. We'll save $960/year, which is huge for a small business like ours. So, good app, but the pricing model is ridiculous. Maybe if we could have paid for only 1 user we'd have stayed.

The Builder.io app is awesome, flexible, and easy to learn with very good support! Builder Support Team is super helpful and responsible, they always reply promptly and provide suitable solutions. We just switched from another website app to builder and we quickly adapt to it. Definitely one of the best apps on Shopify!

By far the best builder on the store. Don't waste your time on anything else. You're able to create custom, repeatable sections, but also customize as much as you'd like – beyond any other builder I've ever seen.

Your app is not letting me install it. It takes me round and round the installation process. Please assist us. I've tried contacting you - nothing.

Builder.io is a great app that helped us quickly get content onto our site that was fully customizable and in line with our brand. They are quick to integrate and the support team answers quickly whenever we have a request or need assistance.

Easy-to-use page builder. Great onboarding experience. UX is similar to Figma/Webflow, so if you have experience with these apps, you won't find it hard to start off with Builder. Hands-on support, who can even record a video for you on how to reach your specific design goal.

Builder is amazing. It's the only page builder I will use. We can quickly create on brand, fast loading pages in an instant. Their customer service is excellent. Can't recommend enough.

We are using builder so that we can develop custom landing pages and our home page. The tool is great and the team has provided great support in getting us going to expand and improve our content.

This is one of the most powerful apps on the market. Think of this not as a simple "page builder" of canned templates, but rather as a way to visually edit parts of existing pages or even create wholly new ones. Like many, you'll find even the new 2.0 features in Shopify don't allow store owners to easily swap out content and edit on-the-fly sometimes. Builder's value is empowering store owners and marketers to quickly and easily edit and create. The tool is incredibly powerful, so start simple and learn as you go. WORST EXPERIENCE! I had an issue with one of the product pages once I clicked on published it messed up the source of the page and published instead the shopify template instead of builder template. So I contact LOGAN in the support. He said he know what the issue was and that he will fix it. He turned off safe mode which is a safety feature to protect your work before publishing, then I don’t know what he did but he ended up messing 3 additional product pages!! I contacted my web developer to fix what Logan messed up and my web developer looked at it and said he even somehow deleted the HISTORY of that page which means it cannot be recovered! The web developer rate is $199 per page = 4 pages total $796! Is it fair for me to pay that amount for a mistake that Logan did on my website? I will keep everyone updated here on how builder is planning to fix this issue and if they are willing to fix it! If they are I will update this review!

Builder has been excellent for improving the speed, functionality and looks of our site. Strongly recommend it for anybody looking to level up their site design.

I have tested almost all of the custom design apps on Shopify and by far Builder.io is the best! I use the Builder.io platform on two of my websites currently. It has so many advanced features, allowing me full control over every aspect of my websites design. And if you ever have any issue, their support is hands down the best I have experienced. I also love being able to save a design I have made as a template and move it from one site to another!

I absolutely love Builder. No joke. - flexible plans that serve us much better than the other page builder apps out there, especially a catalog size like ours - customer support is super on the ball! answering my queries and helping me; as someone with no technical background, that was super helpful! - special shoutout to Madison!! The best customer support team! We started from scratch and their tech support team was there to help us over the chat feature, email and video call throughout each step.

We are a Certified Shopify Partner and our team has been designing websites for nearly 30 years. We use apps that can assist with building landing pages from the product pages. I installed this app on a Client's site and decided not to use it, so we uninstalled. Okay, no problem. Went to a different Client's site and installed the app and it said I hadn't logged out of the other client's site, which is odd, since we UNINSTALLED IT from that website. So, I "logged out" again...(weird), and went through the install process on the different website. Confirmed email. Then the app asked me to Create A New Organization. Tried too. Three times. An error code popping up each time. So, I reach out to Customer Support......"isn't available until Monday." Alrighty, you just lost my business altogether. If you are going to have an app available, then A) it needs to work properly, B) customer support needs to be available 24/7. This is the Internet. Life and sales happens 24/7 - not just Mon-Fri.

Builder is one of the easiest content creation tools I have used & with Its ability to create simple content to completely custom content makes It an easy one-stop-shop.

Builder is an incredible design and development tool that has everything you need to create an amazing website and shop. I would recommend using builder on Shopify if you are looking to create an overall experience for buyers and vistors that is well beyond what you would even find in something like squarespace or wix. It is extremely versatile. Listing the things that it has enabled us to do without hiring developers would take up too much space in this review. There are things I would consider flaws.. they are constantly updating the app (which is great but things move around a lot which can be frustrating). Also, the pricing is a little steep but we did save money switching to builder because we got rid of 6 or 7 apps we did not need anymore. Customer service is the best. We have brought up issues that actually got features added or things fixed within the builder - which is impressive. If there is something you want to do on your store design or development wise and want to try accomplishing it on your own, it is very likely builder will enable you to do it. It is also a great experience for developers to work on if you need help. Truthfully this is functionality Shopify should just have built in and it is unfortunate that they do not. 5/5

I'm SO HAPPY with this app! I literally tell all my founder friends in Shopify Facebook groups to get it now - not for referral credits or anything, just because it's such a lifesaver! I had tried GemPages, Pagefly, Shogun, you name it. I can from the worlds of WordPress and Webflow so I felt like I got zapped back to 2003 when I tried to build cool things in Shopify. Shogun was the closest but still felt restrictive. And, the cost grows so quickly if you are not a small store. With Builder.io I can very quickly and easily spin up super custom landing pages and have changed our entire web presence in ways that give customers a better experience + improve conversions. Plus, it has very sophisticated features like on-page a/b testing, personalization, and heatmaps. As I've built I've run into a few bugs (they are a solid platform but newer to the Shopify ecosystem) but their customer service team is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is literally my favorite Shopify app, and something that the Shopify ecosystem has needed for a long time.

The support is pretty good and the price is very competitive for the offering, but I've encountered many issues and it's just not as easy as it could be. The default options for product and collection page sections need a LOT of editing until they look half decent, and the data bindings are way overcomplicated. Heaps of potential for this app but just not there yet for us.

Builder is such an amazing tool. We have used it to quickly create custom landing pages while using the a/b testing features to try out new designs and measure the success. The price cannot be beat for all that is offered! You need to install builder it will change your life(website)!

We transitioned our shop from Shogun to Builder.io for page-building, seeking a reliable and easy-to-use Shopify app with a strong customer support team. Builder.io has made good on all of this while constantly evolving their feature set. The product is built to allow for non-technical people to quickly build pages while being robust enough to allow for customizability and scalability by engineers. The Builder team is hands-on and ready to help with any technical issues or bugs that do arise. Highly recommend.

Amazing. The product is incredibly easy to learn and deploy. The speed of the pages is beyond anything we've worked with previously. The team has been incredibly helpful and patient as we onboarded. I'd highly recommend Builder.io for your store.

The Builder.io platform is nothing but AMAZING!!! We don't have a developer on our team, so we hire freelancers when we need to build a page or landing page. Working with Builder, we built landing pages, A/B test them, see heat maps, and basically, all our marketing and UX dreams in one place. This must-have platform for any company that understands the user experience is science and never-ending tests and improvement. This is freedom for any marketing and UX teams!
