Great app to help set up different options for my products, faced some problems but the developer team was fast & responsive to address my issue. Great team, definitely recommend if you are looking for custom options for your products.

Easy, simply and friendly customer service from Josephine! She was able to help me resolve an issue I had with setting up a specific file upload variant and she didn’t stop until I was fully satisfied with the way the variant was installed across the specific products I selected. Thank you again! Very much appreciated. Highly recommend this app to any store needing to add more specific variants to their product listings.

DON'T download this app. So disappointed Shopify even allows this app. This app causes glitches when customers are ordering. Does not allow discount codes to be used, and literally works HALF the time on sales. I ran a sale for my customers and had to spend hours refunding them- because of this app, it would show the sale price in the cart, and when they went to pay change it back to regular price. Shopify's support team was fantastic, They had never seen this issue before and I had to converse with them for 2 hours until we found the result of the discount and sale glitch was this app. I spent over 24 hours setting up my website with this app, all for nothing. My time is worth alot, and this app was an utter waste of tons of my time. Also, this apps support team is terrible. Took them almost three days to get back to me, and their response was "it'll be fixed in a few months'' I get over 700 orders a month, and so many businesses do way more than that. An integration issue that takes months to fix means this app shouldn't even be here. This app shouldn't even be on the app store. I love shopify, but hate this app

I couldn't get my variants to centre so I reached out to support and they were SO helpful. They have made my product page look amazing! Jonas got my query resolved immediately and Nguyen Tien Loc was amazing at the tech side of things. Can not recommend this app enough, a great experience.

Emma C. and Nguyen Duc Duong where extremely helpful when I needed assistance with a few layout changes. They where prompt, easy to communicate with and understood my needs and had it done in a timely manner! Customer services is a really big thing for me and I have left a few integrations because of that reason. I am so glad I had found this app! It's easy to use and does what I need plus having the top notch customer service really sets it apart! Thank you so much!

This app is much more user friendly than similar ones I've tried before, and the support team who helped me (Emma C. and Nguyen Duc Duong in particular) were prompt, clear, and very helpful. Adding this app to my store will make it run much more smoothly and will allow me to configure my listings in a way that makes the most sense for my products. I used this app for including an add-on option to some products. It’s been super easy to get setup and the customer support is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with! They quickly fixed two issues I ran into for me and I couldn’t be more thankful!

I have used this app to add variations to product listings as shopify has limits of 100 variations. I am so happy I came across this its neat, simple and easy to use. The customer service is brilliant i reached out to them and they really helped me to solve the problem so quickly in less time. I am so happy that it has file upload as this is one of the features i was looking for and it wasnt easy to find every variation in one place. BSS Commerce has really helped with this. Great customer service. Jonas was able to help me and get me the information I needed to know to see if it was a fit for me. Best service I've had from anywhere in a really long time. They also offer a live demo appointment if you need it. As for the app, it was easy to add and super easy to use. . As a bonus, if you weren't convinced already, it's a free app! Updated* After playing with it a bit I decided to pay the small price to upgrade. The extra services let me tailor the pricing changes to my business's needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have used this app for 2 different websites. Jonas is absolutely amazing & is so helpful. Like most companies/apps, if it is a weekend & I have any questions, I often won't hear from anyone until Monday. I say this for anyone to keep in mind if they need help on a Saturday to understand you may not hear from someone until the weekend is over. I give them 5 Star service when it's Monday-Friday. However, it's very rare that I need to contact them. It's only in the beginning where I had more questions & needed help. As time goes on, I don't need to contact them very much now that things are set up. Since I've downloaded the app, I've seen so many upgrades & changes, which really gives me confidence that even though they are new, they are focused on improvement. I could go into so many specifics & details on how Jonas had helped me but I feel like my review would be so long & not relatable. The best I can say is that I've used all the features BBS offers & I've had the most complex questions. Sometimes I would even ask about adding tiny features that I didn't think were even possible, BBS found ways to make it happen within 8 hours. I highly recommend this app!

I use this application a lot to have each product that I sell well organized and it gives my clients a super advantage and they love it! Yesterday I had a minor problem with the app so I asked the customer service for help, they were super fast and solved my problem in less than 3 hours. thank you Emma and her technician for solving the problem and making my online store work perfectly again.

Switched from a different app to this one and LOVE it! Integrates with the font and style of my theme unlike other apps. Wonderful customer service that helped immediately with integration into my purchased theme. Works great! Keep up the good work :)

I was very happy with the additional support of the support team. I had a little bug on my website where it wouldn't show the picture in my checkout page. Within minutes I was talking to Emma from their support team. She helped out very quickly and was friendly as well. Wish all apps were like this!

I searched for an app that would allow me to have multiple variations of my items and was not able to find any other app that was as easy to use or as professional. I am able to list well over 1000 variations for each of my items. Support for this app is also crazy fast and crazy good, as they were able to customize my packing slip code for me!
