A really useful app. The team were very helpful and friendly when something needed to be coded to work with my theme properly. The feature allowing you to upload your own badges is very useful as I wanted to design my own rather than use the templates.

App developers quickly helped us on fixing technical issues, they solved all issues we had addressed. Big thanks for Gigi!

Great support. Some limitations but can work around most of them if creative, and they seem to be working to always make the app better. Would recommend for larger catalogs.

Needed some help on my website. Contacted the support team via WhatsApp and Gigi was really helpful and speedy in replying to my questions and issues. She got the tech team to help and I believe his name was Ta Cuong, they fixed my issues within 24 hours which is simply amazing. Thank you so much, really great app

I recently installed this app and had a few issues with the labels displaying correctly. Contacted the support team (Amber and Cuong) assisted me in getting the issues resolved very quickly. Very happy with the app - tried a few others and this one offers the best features and usability of the ones I have tried. Would love it if you could add a hyperlink to the labels and badges then this app would be perfect.

jonas is quick and helpful with any and all customer service issues! The developer Cuong Ta were incredibly fast and professional to help with some customization with my install.

I have used this app to add custom badges onto our listings, to highlight small variances between some of the products we sell. It does a great job of it, and allows us to use other badges in upcoming seasonal promotions. Quite happy with it so far. Customer support is top-notch, solving a minor issue i had with the custom badge and our theme.

App is easy to use and even better if you have your own designer to make your own, personal labels. I had a problem with getting the labels to correctly work with my theme and their team was all over it with a 24-hour turnover for each ticket.
