Product Labels and Badges is an excellent app with helping to clearly show customers which products are on sale, new items, clearance items or any other way you need to mark products to catch the customers attention. A great feature of the app is being able to select specific products or choose products by collection. It's also nice to have the ability to upload your own custom badge. The app was extremely easy to set up and when we did experience a slight issue with a conflict with our theme, both Jena Nguyen and Tran Duc Nam were very helpful and fixed the issue promptly. All in all it's a very useful app to help generate extra sales and increase conversion rate.

We had some issues with the app working on our theme but Jennie was incredibly helpful in getting all the issues resolved quickly.

This app is easy to use! We have a mistake between creating a new label or a new badge. After that, we also had an issue with a conflicting app that was preventing labels from appearing properly after first installing it. For all stores, Jolie Nguyen is my main support. She and the tech guy Nguyen Van Ninh were able to tackle the problem quickly and effectively; the difficulties were resolved so fast, the difficulties were resolved within 1 hour of being reported. The app is presently working flawlessly on our website, and we are extremely pleased with it. Creating your own labels and badges is very easy, and they look professional. This program performs exactly what it claims. Support is also very helpful, and they fixed all problems quickly. I really appreciate their support. In conclusion, I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more. Thanks, BSS Commerce team. I'd strongly advise anyone wishing to show labels and badges on their items to use them. Highly recommended!

Great app, easy to use. When I faced a couple of hurdles not being able to work out certain things Jena Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh were fast and efficient in resolving these for me. Very pleased with their support.

Best App we've added to our store in a long time! Plus If you've ever wondered what amazing customer service looks like - install this app and contact the Customer Service Team for anything you need. Super responsive, professional and went above and beyond! I dealt with Jolie Nguyen who was so incredibly helpful! I had a special request and Jolie connected me with Nguyen Van Ninh who resolved my specific request within 12hrs. They thoroughly tested the code changes to ensure everything worked perfectly before letting me know.

Very happy with this app. We've been able to add a Made in Canada logo to a bunch of our products so that customers can easily find the locally made products. We've also used it to create product banners so that customers can find sale items and best-sellers. It's been really helpful to get certain products to stand out. We also had an issue with how the badges were showing up in our collection pages but thankfully Jennie and Jennie and Nguyen Kim Tung were quick to help me fix it. It's easy to use and the support team is incredible!

Finally a reliable app that does what I need. I'm able to schedule and there's a huge library of beautiful labels and badges we can use. What's more? We are even able to schedule it! It's a breeze. The support is superb as well. Jena along with Nguyen Kim Tung was able to assist and solved all the issues I had encountered. Doesn't seem to work on your store? Have the support check it out before you uninstall. Definitely worth your time. Highly recommended.

Nothing translatable and you have to do every label/badge manually. Also the label steals the mouse click so cant click on the product picture to view the product page if a label is applied.

I really enjoy working with this app, Jolie in support and dev Tran Duc Nam. The only time it doesnt play very nice is when switching themes. I find you have to disable, copy theme, and re-enable to make sure the app is refreshed and you dont continue showing the same badges. Its a bit of a pain, but otherwise THE best app for promotions.

This app is both elegant and easy to use. We have a few minor glitches with the installation and reached out to BSS Commerce for support. Through a little bit of back and forth we were able to resolve the issue and the app is driving additional conversions on our site. It's worth noting that we received exceptional and incredibly patient team members Jolie Nguyen and their developer Nguyen Van Ninh who quickly fixed our issue. Keep up the amazing work.

Really great app works like a charm, once had an issue and support responded very fast and fixed the issue. Would recommend! Jena Nguyen and our Tran Duc Nam quickly fixed the issue I had, so now it just works perfectly. It meets all my needs and at a very good price. It is the best app for product badges I have been able to find on the marketplace so far. Right now I'm using it across multiple stores, because it just works great every time. Great app! They have all the possibilities and different stickers. And easy to use. We had a problem with our sale sticker not showing on our product photo. Downloaded app to help highlight Black Friday deals to customers on site with labels. Easy to use app with plenty of features and rules which gives you plenty of control and makes it integrate really well with our site. I had a few tweaks I wanted to work with our theme on product pages - Jennie and dev Phan Thanh Son were brilliant and went above and beyond to help and get everything done we asked for in terms of customisation.
