Default implementation placed badge in the wrong spot (in the header) but Support helped fix this and it now works as expected.

The app's main functionality, generating and managing ecommerce labels, works well most of the time. However, I have encountered occasional glitches that caused delays and frustration. While these issues can be inconvenient, the silver lining is the outstanding customer service they offer. Whenever I faced a problem, the customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They were patient in explaining to me the reason for some errors, and also resolved the issues within a 24H turnover. It's evident that they genuinely care about their users' experience and are committed to delivering top-notch assistance.

The customer service is top-notch. I think it will work if they keep working with us to get the app where it needs to be.

The app is very useful for us, especially during the sale season. Jena from the support team is always attentive and professional, and she assists with every technical issue or question. Though the app suffers from bugs quite often, Jena is always eager to solve them.

Issues are to be expected with any app, of course. However, for us, what dictates the continual use of an app after it's installed is how the devs of address the issues and the speed at which they do so. I can confidently say that Jolie and the devs have promptly fixed not only the small issues that have come up, but have helped us already with over 10-20 small customization-related things. They have gotten our site exactly where we want it. Small issue - All of our product pictures are 16:9, so when we are on the sample page positioning the location of the labels in the app settings - it stretches our product photos to 1:1 and this makes it sort of difficult to determine where the label will actually show up, but there is a workaround we were able to do for this pretty easily. Overall we certainly recommend this app. 5/5

I tried to add badges to my site by myself and it took me hourssss and I wasn't happy with the results. The app is super quick and easy to use! I added all my badges within an hour and their customer service is super speedy solving my issues. I would definitely recommend this app.
