This app is a total scam, they charge you $25 right away and it is not free 14 day trial. They do not refund the money back even if you cancel the app within two days. We’d like to clarify that our app offers a free plan, and paid plans are only activated when a user manually approves the upgrade through Shopify’s billing screen. Once a charge is approved, Shopify handles all billing and fund transfers. After receiving your email, our team responded promptly requesting a copy of the invoice so we could validate and process your refund. However, it looks like the message may not have been seen on your end. That said, we’ve already gone ahead and processed a full refund for the $24.99 charge as a courtesy. We’ve also sent a confirmation email with a screenshot of the refund transaction for your reference. If you experience any delays, Shopify Support can assist, as they handle the settlement process.
