She took exceptional care to answer all of my questions, even the few that were off topic. Bless her heart. If this is how this company treats its clients, you've made a customer for life. Exceptional customer service skills!

I honestly have never even looked at the app before. I have let my web developer handle all of this. But I just happened on and needed to be verified so I entered the Chat and Trish took very good care of me. Even showing me something new. So I will play around with the app and see how it really assists. But customer service is A+
