The app is fast. What we like best is that you can apply several filters without reloading the page for a long time. The support of the team is also very good.

Our team used this app to create custom filters on different collections and the we're very happy with the support we received! The team was very quick to respond and even helped me fix a coding issue while they updated the filter code! I would recommend this app to everyone!

A great app to allow customers to find specific products. The search function with suggestions is a massive improvement over the native Shopify search (or the search that came with the theme I purchased!). But the best thing is the support. Any issues are sorted quickly and without fuss. If you hit any snags or compatibility issues with your theme, they fix it almost immediately (allowing for time zones). Can not recommend highly enough.

The app works simply great. It also has many customization options so we could easily adjust the filter to our store design. Plus the support is very helpful, friendly and reacts really fast.

The app works well and the support is fast and great. The only negative is there's no synonym function, which is pretty important for my business and improving our user experience. When they add synonym control, then I'll upgrade to a 5 star.

OK, OK...now 5 stars, they seem to have solved their support issues, the program works very good. Revising again, as apparently if you are too high maintenance or ask too many questions, they ignore you. Won't be revising again...buyer be ware Down to 3 stars, support is inconsistent, app is good. 3 is what they get, and I won't change it anymore. Too many unkempt promises. Follow-up and update to 5 stars Support settled issue and apologized for delay and resolved issue Good app, but unfortunately support seems to have dried up...no response to numerous requests over a 2 week period...not good for an app that charges a monthly fee, very disappointing Otherwise they would get a better rating

We installed the app to make the store more intuitive for browsing shoppers. Unfortunately it broke the search function, even after it had been removed. There are remnants of the code after disconnecting it.

I recently installed this app but had a few issues with it integrating with other apps and also our theme. The Boostcommerce team provided excellent support and fixed all issues quickly. I love how the app looks on our site and I'm sure it will provide a better customer experience.

This app has been a huge help in organizing my collection pages they way we need them. We have SOLD items sorted to the bottom of the page, a default alphabetical sort, and filter options by product type, vendor and price. Most importantly, Henry and his team offer excellent customer service. They are prompt and have resolved all of my issues as we've incorporated their app. Thank you BoostCommerce!

We had tried another filter app before this one and had endless issues. We switched to this one and it was so easy. Integrated so seamlessly and works so well. It was somewhat confusing to edit the filter systems at first but there are so many helpful articles that it just takes some time to learn the app. The best part is the support. If I could rate support over 5 stars I could!! They were so HELPFUL and so RESPONSIVE. Could not recommend this app more highly.

We love this app for our filters and search. We were able to get the filters we wanted with no sacrifice for design. However, we hate that it does not recognize changes to products or collections and forces you to sync every time you move something around in a collection for it to be recognized in the Online Store. If you use manual sort in your collections, this aspect is kind of a nightmare. Support was able to reduce the amount of time before it auto-syncs, but it's still a hassle. We've used another search app in the past and it had no impact on collections. If new products were added, we manually synced and that was fine. Overall, great for filters and search, which is what it's for but HATE the issue it's caused for merchandising.

Awesome app, helped me sort out a mess of products. Great support aswell, replied within an hour and any question I had was answered and solved.

This app is really easy to customize! We've only been using it on the website for a few weeks, and it just works like a charm.

Love this app, looks beautiful on the site and easy to use. It did cause a few hiccups in the coding, but I reached out to support and got an immediate response and the problem fixed within a day or so. Excellent customer service & great product!
