This filter app shaped my shops exactly how i wanted them.Super simple to understand how to set up and for customers to navigate with the options. Most dedicated and efficient support team i met come with it,i easily recommend this filter app over the ones i tried before.

In contrast to a review I wrote many months ago (below), I hate to say that the performance of this app has degraded greatly over the last year. Their sync process, which used to take 5 min at most, now takes 45 minutes to fully sync new inventory and when running every hour and new products hitting our site all day, it just creates a negative customer experience on the frontend. It shows new products that arrived with broken images until that 45 min sync is complete. Just not what it used to be and we will look for a replacement, unfortunately. (review from a year ago) I tell you what, these guys blow all the other apps away in terms of service. We changed themes and had some issues. Their support blew me away in going above and beyond what was required to solve our problems. I've been in e-commerce for 20 yrs and know what quick fixes look like vs actual problem solving and these guys know how to solve problems. Filtering is a very complicated aspect of e-commerce, especially when there are many categories, variants, etc and these guys make it as easy as possible. Thanks again guys!

We have very extensive filtering requirements for one of our e-commerce stores. I had a few issues setting everything quite as I wanted but these were resolved by the developers in under 24 hours of being contacted.

The app is great to add an add to cart button as well as to make a very detailed side refinement menu. an issue at first was a confliction with our theme which was fixed FAST. The support is AMAZING. We wanted a few extra things done and the developers are fast to implement things.

UPDATE: Just wanted to add that even with our most recent theme update, they were able to continue helping me out. Amazing support. This app has been really great for our store. Customer support has always been super helpful for any changes we required (or minor errors that we came across on installation).

Very fast filter and search. I have dozens of collections with different kind of products so theme generic filter was not an opportunity for my store. This app offers fast and easy way to make filters. App allows you to make a different filter for every collection, thats nice. Im using custom theme and app was not working at first but guys fixed every issue unexpectedly fast.

This app can literally do it all when it comes to filtering and sorting products to help customers find what they are looking for. It requires a little dev work to get perfect, but the support team at BoostCommerce is incredible and helps solve any problems you may be experiencing in a very timely manner. I used this app to help my customers filter through different products on my website. I found it to be slightly challenging to use (I'm not very tech savy) but I thought the constant help I received from the team was amazing. I would highly recommend.
