The app itself is a really good product. Takes quite a bit of tweaking the settings but performs really well. The missing star is due to the excess seller support required when integrated into the marketplace app. To be fair, the support team provides 5 star service.

be aware this is not a plug and play app. You have to add coding to your website. The coding was added to my website by the team but sadly it made my website refresh every time you touched a product. The staff were very helpful and removed the code for me at no cost.

Note: I'm giving 5 stars based on my testing experience so far, I'm not live with my marketplace yet. I've been testing / using this app together with their marketplace application to offer appointments to shops in my marketplace. I'm not "live" yet taking real customer appointments but after figuring out how it works, I'm pleased so far. It takes some work to understand the logic, especially when using a more complex app like their marketplace (think many independent stores within my store, offering appointments at many locations, each with their own custom hours, pricing etc). For the price, it is effective. Ideally, there would be support during US hours (most of the support is based on India times) and there have been times when I had concerns or questions during business hours so I would recommend that they hire some outsourced people that work during US business hours. I'm not sure how many US shops there are so perhaps that will happen in time. When I asked about customizations they provided pricing as well, so it looks like there are custom options (assuming my shops launch in 2022 I already have some customizations in mind). I did try their Shop Locator and found that to be more of a beta, it had quite a few spelling errors and didn't seem to have much support so if you're using another app, make sure there are customers for it or it doesn't look like you will have immediate support.

Our multi-vendor ecommerce platform was stable when we first launched and were still working with our developers. Over time, multiple issues that impacted either our sellers or buyers came up. Some were resolved quickly, however some took over a week and they were Severity 1 issues as they impacted sales. We currently have four issues open. Three were opened today and one is outstanding from the previous week. I am offering a three out of five rating as the stability of the software was really good at the beginning but seems to be degrading weekly now. As I am in an different time zone it is difficult to have any back and forth response so a twenty-four hour team would be appreciated. Also, for more complex and high impact issues it would be great to be able to speak with a knowledgeable resource to ensure they are understood as quickly as possible rather than the back and forth that occurs.

Seems like it should be fine if it actually worked. I have been back and forth (mostly me following up 2-3 times) with their customer support and have still not had help nor is my issue resolved, it has now been almost 2 months. I eventually hired a developer to look into it and see if the coding or console errors and have been told it is an issue with the App itself and the App developer needs to fix it. If you are reading (Webkul Booking App) this please help me!!!!

I'm very satisfied with the Booking App and how it integrates with my website. We are a Jewelry Rental Service and this App makes the admin process and the user experience super easy and smooth. There were a few bugs which were quickly fixed by Ayush Kansal and the team. They have been very responsive and helpful all throughout. Honestly, I knew nothing about website building and these guys made it a piece of cake for me. Thank you so very much guys. At first, it's take some time to get used with the configuration in order to build different types of product but once you know how the features and how to build your product, it's pretty easy to use. You can do pretty much all kind of product booking. Customer support is fast and efficient. I used another Webkul app in the past with another ecommerce platform and their app was also very efficient and robust. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!
