Have been using this app for the last 8 years and it's been great! Would give it 5 but there's some quirky limitations and feels a tad antiquated. I've been using the platform for a long time and the interface hasn't modernized a ton. But still a great platform and gets the job done. Amazing and fast support as well. Great customer experience.

I noticed that there is supposed to be a free plan available, but when I click on the app, it only shows a prominent $14 price for the Pro plan. It's quite strange that there isn’t an option for anything other than the Pro plan, especially when the free plan is advertised If you'd like an extended trial of the app, please reach out to our support team. Deceptive pricing is forbidden by Shopify's terms and not allowed. The plan you are referring to is labeled "Free for Development Stores". This is specific to stores that are built by Shopify Partners. Once those types of stores upgrade to paid plans in Shopify, they are asked to start paying for the app as well. Anyone can create a Partner account and free development store and many apps follow this same model to support the development ecosystem. Your customer service is AMAZING! I was blessed to have Patrick Mwange helping me, and he is quite possibly the most helpful person I've ever spoken to my whole life. He's been going back and forth with me for weeks, helping me work through a series of questions about design, format, and coding as I worked to implement this app in the new theme in Shopify. He is the BEST, and if he is representative of the level of service and care that this app gives to its users, then this app has managed to embrace humanity and technology at the same time. Highly recommend this app to help enhance our website. We have had Bonify Custom Fields installed on our Shopify website for years and use it to give us more customization on different product pages. Recently, we accidentally deleted the app from our store and their customer service team was amazing to work with. They were able to very quickly reinstate all of our original coding to allow us to use the app like before. We have been very pleased and look forward to continue using it!

Great App and Customer service. I used this app to add custom fields to my product page, and it does exactly what I wanted it to do.

I have been using the app for a while. I had it installed by a developer, as it is not user friendly and on top of it, you will get no support or even hear back from their support team. Support is totally inexistent. A good App for developers perhaps, not so much for Shopify users.

The guys at Bonify have been very helpful! Quick response and they helped me see what I needed to fix on my end to get the new Shopify metafields working.

This app is a must have. I've been using it for the last few years. Even now with the Shopify metafields settings being in the admin, Custom Fields is so much handier to use and has so much more that it can do. It took a little time to get used to (I'm not a programmer). I've been able to do some more advanced things (in my eyes) with this app by looking at examples and spending time using it.

This app creates a ton of time savings, and when in doubt the developers are responsive and super helpful with troubleshooting any issues! Highly recommend!

This app did exactly what I needed it to do: create text accordions with unlimited sections and heavy formatting, and place them below the products on collection pages. Their customer/tech support is really good too: quick to respond, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. ID'd and fixed a formatting issue that came up after I changed themes, that was caused not by the app but by the theme overriding the app's formatting. I have a suggestion for a future widget: a column carousel that allows for unlimited columns, with a picture, heading, text and button section for each column.
