Easy App To Use. The Staff is attentive and they do try to help you. I only just started to use the app today but so far so good. Easy to follow instructions and easy customization. I was working with Emile and she was very sweet and attentive

It's refreshing to have a highly functional and responsive app that does exactly what I need, without the typical price tag that comes along with most other apps. Emile was very helpful in assisting me with my one request and it was taken care of immediately. Great app and a great team. I also noticed no reduction in page speed after installing this app.

Every single person I have interacted with since implementing has been super helpful, courteous, professional. The app does exactly what it says on the tin and no request to support team is too much - they will go out of their way to help however they can. The app itself is easy to use and works smoothly.

I have tried other rewards apps, but they did not allow me to choose the ways that my customers earned points, so I love that I have the ability to do so with this app because it means I can offer a loyalty program that best suits my business. Customization was very easy. Also, Emile was a great help and very friendly.

Beyond impressed for a free app. Other apps charge starting at $50/month! Easy to navigate and customize. Customer service is extremely prompt in responding and resolving any issues. Daisy helped me and she was absolutely wonderful.

This is a really super app - after trying a few other solutions available, this app really outperforms most others I have tried. And their support team are second to none, they are patient, understanding and pretty much always available. Quick response times and always willing to go that extra mile. Emile helped me today and was super, but I have been helped on other occasions by other support team members - Dean, Daisy, Tracy, Sunny - and I have to say every single one has managed to help me and answer my questions quickly and efficiently.
