Shappify did a great job being the puzzle piece that was missing in my shopify store. We have sold almost 100 upsells so far and have been able to offer our customers the added value they had been asking for. It makes things easier for the customer and easier for us not having to respond to emails/calls about how a customer can add longer warranties or extra accessories to their purchase. I do not even know where to start about the level of cusotmer service I have received so far. Jason spent time with me on the phone and answered a bagillion emails--he walked me through each step and did not give up on me until it was all set. Absolutley wonderful experience!!!

There's a reason for all the kudos this app receives: rock-solid professional dev and support combined with absolute functionality that serves to boost sales immediately on activation. Brilliant! Of course it will vary for everyone, but in my tiny store this app brought in $376 of additional sales in the first month. Multiply that by 12 and you get the picture. So if you have even the smallest store, it's worth trying the app. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. For my store's needs I had to combine the upsell app with the Shappify discount app and also needed to ask a couple of questions along the way. I sent in my support question and held my breath.... For busy Shopify store owners, part of the measure of a worthy app is in the responsiveness of it's support staff and the support here was outstanding. I will never go back to pre-Upsell days. Love it.

FABULOUS!!! So excited to get it working. I'm hoping we'll be able to keep it after the trial period. Right now we don't have many a lot of traffic. We did when I was paying for Google Ads but I just stopped and am ready SEO for dummies!!

Effortless setup and easy to deploy. I do wish it were possible to see a more specific breakdown of what products were upsold from offers. It's nice to see the benefits of the app in aggregate from the daily/monthly/lifetime stats, but there is some guesswork on which products are getting a boost if your offers include multiple products.

WOW! Paired with the Product Discount App also available from Shappify you can create so many discount and promotional offers! And so many combinations, seriously endless. This is a great App...So glad I activated it!

Wow it's ridiculously easy and is perfectly paired with the Product Discount app, I can't believe i've passed it so many times in the app store and missed out all this time on potential sales.

Was trying to get a discount pop-up without having the item appear in our store. Had to navigate thru the nuances to make it successful and I have to say we received the most amazing and prompt customer service. Super quick response to any questions or issue we were having and worked tirelessly with us to make appear how we wanted. Also, strong conversion for the offers. Bravo...great app and AAA+ customer service!!!!

Within minutes of installing this app we were seeing our revenue/order jump. Product Upsell installs and works exactly as it should, and set-up is easy. Combine this app with their Discount app, and really put it to work. What you lose in margin, you gain in volume. This is a must have app for any Shopify store!

The most useful app I find until now.

Awesome app. I love that it will automatically drop out the products that are already in the cart, so I can setup an offer to suggest three related products, and setup a trigger for that offer so that it's displayed when any of those three same products are in the cart. Product Upsell then displays the offer, suggesting the two (or possibly one) other products that aren't yet in the cart. I would like a bit more flexibility in pricing. $10/mo for just one offer means that offer has to bring in more than $10 of profit (not just revenue) to pay for itself.

Totally great and amazing app. Very easy to install and start upselling immediately. Level of options and configuration is perfect - feels like an enterprise product for us small businesses.
