This product was everything we were looking for as our site matured and we needed to offer more compelling offers for our customers. Despite a slight install problem, the support team were very quick to react and super helpful in getting us started. We are very pleased with the new promotional options we can offer our customers. Thoroughly recommended!

HORRIBLE SLOPPY work by your team. So many issues that could have been avoided by simply QC'n the work. This app even shut my shopping cart and I could not process any orders on my site. The referral link effected our google analytics and was crediting this app FOR ALL OUR SALES. i'm very disappointed in the service here, I heard Bold was suppose to be a great company.

Installed the App yesterday and in the process of configuring the product, found a glitch in the cart view . Due to the time difference,logged an open ticket. Contacted the team on 'Live' Chat and the customer service rep updated me the app specialist was working on the issue. Within the hour the problem was resolved. Awesome customer service guys !!!! Keep up the good work.

App is great the look of the bundles is very clean.

=> App Effectiveness - 4 STARS => Support - 2 STARS ( had to follow up a few times in order to get an answer ) TIP: use chat if you need a quick answer. => App messing up with the Google Analytics Data & Reporting - 1 STAR ::WARNING:: if you use google analytics data to make business decisions like us, you may think twice to install this app. Because that way this app works it messes up the conversion sources and attribution. WISH they told me this before I've installed the app. ;( For example, for the last 15+ days, since I've installed the app, all conversions are attributed to the Bold Bundles App. ;(

Just installed the app and I'm happy with what I'm getting. Mr. Parminder is really helping me a lot with regards the minor css setup that I wanted to achieve! Thanks man!

An absolutely amazing app. The discounts and bundles are easy to create and manage. There are plenty of options available. The only downside, and the reason this is a 4-star review instead of a 5-star, is that products can only belong to one bundle at a time. If the program had the facility to create multiple bundles using the same products, or to create a mix and match from a single collection, I would change this to 5-stars.

Just installed the app to created a gift box for our products. Seems like a good working app with minimal code adjustments... Guri helped me with a few variant questions I had and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Guri!

I had a problem with the installation so I contacted support on a Saturday. In the robot response email, it said that they would do the install for me. It should take around 24 hours. When I woke this morning I had an email telling me that the install was completed. This was far less than the 24 hours (I am not counting the weekend) to address and fix the issue. I think that if this is typical of customer service I am impressed! I made a few bundles just to test it out and all works as expected. I would recommend Product Bundles to any and all who ask. Thanks!!!

First I had some issues using this app. But when I sent an email to the support, I was quickly helped by one of the team developer and they even solved an issue with my Shopify theme. This app sucks. You can only make one bundle per product. Very disappointing.

A beautiful app for me; Makes bundling easily and gives more value to my offer. They also have a great support team! They called me even i'm doing my business in Africa to assist me, so a Big thanks to M.C for the support and the call and all bold support team who ever helped me :)

Installation was ok as they were able to add in the code when given admin access. Design of the widget can be improved as it looks quite dated. After almost a month, I wanted to delete the app but when I did so, my customers were unable to purchase the products which I had used in setting up bundles. So I reinstalled it and contacted the team, and they removed the code from my site. After they had removed the code, I realise the images for the products that I had used in setting up bundles have duplicate images. E.g if my product initially had 3 images, it now has 9 images. I had to scan through my products and individually remove the extra images. Never really had a bad comment on any shopify app before, but this app is definitely glitchy and you may end up wasting a lot of time to solve problems even when you want to remove the app. Be careful if you want to install it.

After trying several bundle apps i would have to say that u am very satisfied from the Bold bundle app, its working great the team at bold is very professional and responsive very commanded! Hila

Great App! But had trouble at first trying to install the code but Mohit (the man himself!) from the support team put the code right and put extra effort in to make sure the app was working properly and looked good on the website. Currently the only bundle app that delivers in my opinion!

Amazing App. We had a few minor issues with the installation but Bold went seriously above and beyond to help us fix everything. I couldn't imagine a more helpful/responsive support team. The app is now working very well and we look forward to using more Bold apps as we need them. Thanks so much guys, you rock!
