This is a great app that works really well. We had very specific requirements and this app met them. We also needed some support and they were fantastic and ready to help. I recommend this app.

We just recently downloaded the "Free Gifts" app by Secomapp, and it has been nothing but the best experience thus far. The customer service was phenomenal. They were very quick to help with the proper installation of the app and went as far as making sure everything was integrated properly into our store website. Great app. Great features. So far so good. Support installed the code within 24 hours as promised. There are options to offer multiple promotion types and are easy to set up. It is a bit pricey but I plan on making it worth the investment

The app wasnt installed correctly by Secomapp guys, or just doesnt work. It caused us a real customer experience issues when the free gift wasnt shown as free to the customer. Also - there is no one to talk to. takes a lot of time to get back to customers. Very bad.

Too early to say if the app will work well for me. Am still in my first 2 days since the app was activated. But I like the features and I feel that they could really encourage people to buy from my site. Hoping my gut fee is right :)

Amazing app! That is exactly what I have been looking for. I needed to level up my marketing strategy and this is the perfect tool! The support team is awesome too. They installed the htlm code in my theme within the same day I contacted them. Everything on point, 5/5!

So far it seems to be the perfect solution for what I was looking for. There were some initial issues that needed resolving but Louis Tong was extremely helpful and has helped resolve several issues, all within a few hours of contacting him. I do think it's a bit overpriced though. With a price reduction this could be the perfect solution for many store owners.
