So there I was, a sucker on the eve of Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. Installing this app for the first time, at 11pm. I couldn't get it to work, mostly because I had trouble installing the liquid code (not my forté). I began to panic - I had my BFCM promos going live in just a few hours and the free gift part was not sorted out yet! I emailed their support team, gave them access, went to bed and just prayed that they would be able to help. I woke up this morning and boom! APP WAS LIVE, AND WORKING PERFECTLY. Talk about stress relief. I was blown away by the speediness of the work. This app, once you get it installed, is SO easy to use. I've since made promo edits several times, with no issues. I used this app to create our bfcm. We had issues initially with adding multiple units and having the app work on both mobile and desktop. The entire team stayed with me along the way to get the problem fixed before our deadline. You should give this app a try and rest assured the team there will make sure your goals are met.

Fantastic app for setting up gift offers on your Shopify store. Very intuitive setup. Not overly complicated, but still gives you enough customization options. Would like to see an option to add a drop down selector for variants of a product set as a gift. Currently each variant will be shown individually which can make the gift list long.

$30 ++ ? It is absolutely not worth the cost. Instructions are there, but it could be better as there are some code adjustments to do, it could take you a while to figure it all out. Also when I remove the main product from my basket, the customer can still get away with free gift by removing the main product. I truly hope it was my mistake (it has to be for that price), but yes, not working for me and not worth the struggle even though support is there. The design is poor looking to my taste. I uninstalled and still I had to go through many liquid files to remove manually files that weren't removed. I love the concept though, just need some major improvements for such a price. So far my recommendation is : don't even try it.

I use the app across many websites, it has helped increase sales and is very easy to use. Support staff are very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

I have install this app for my merchant store which it is working well as what the app description. And really thanks for the support team which they doing the great job and solve our problem very fast.

DON'T DO IT!! I had to get a support person to update my liquid to get the app working. But during the set up and test process, some of my products ended up being listed for FREE! Luckily someone I knew spotted it and alerted me in time. The extra variants they added for the discounts were overriding the price. So lucky I was able to run around and delete what they'd done before anyone tried to buy something for nothing. Very very stressful experience. Would absolutely not recommend.

Installation and overall support were quick. However, the app didn't function as well as I expected.
