LIMO was great and fast support, I got answers for my questions in seconds and even had advice for some useful features.

I've been using it for over an year. It works well and offers variety of options. The team is quick to respond to individual issues you may encounter and they adapt it to your needs. It has a great option to track the total amount a customer spends in the store and offers them a free gift after they reach a preset limit. All in all it does what is says, so worth the money. And special thanks to Anne and Brian for the quick support and customizations that we asked for. And to Limo who stood by me for a loooong time to figure out what I did wrong in our offers.

The app is decent, support is fast, but communication with support was terrible. After telling them multiple times that we don not allow edits on our live theme, they published the app on our live theme with an unoptimized offer during night, which resulted in a steep decline in our revenue. They keep telling us that they did it becuase we did not reply to their message, which was also during night. I don’t think it is fair to edit our live theme while we stated multiple times that we do not allow it.

Very quick, very easy to understand. customer support is amazing.

This is by far the best advanced app we've used for complex promotions with a range of display options across the site all fully customisable. Mina was a great help in getting everything set up for me. Highly recommend and I have tested about 15 different promotion apps.

Tried a lot of similar APP, all have all kinds of problems, make me very headache, but this one I'm very satisfied, to meet my expectations, more importantly, customer service attitude is very good, very patient to help me solve the problem, must give a five-star praise.

Not only is it very simple to set up all kind of free gifts and discounts for your customer, which will increase trust and conversion rate for the future, this app also has one if not the best support team I ever worked with. After a few seconds I got all my questions answered and even advanced coding to make everything fit into my current theme was no problem and done in a very short time.
