Anne and Louis from the support team is incredibly dedicated. They provide near real-time assistance and continuously help with customization. It's clear they genuinely care about their service.

Daniel on the Support team has been an amazing help during this Black Friday/Cyber Monday season. We have multiple gifts and offers running simultaneously and he has been instrumental in helping me troubleshoot offer issues and setup. The team is incredibly quick to respond in general and offers clear communication. The app itself is good. There are a few things I wish were different: 1) the creation of a duplicate gift sku that is created by the app once an offer is activated. This creates a bit of double work when setting up and testing the promo rules. Additionally it creates a weird blank spot at the bottom of the collection page for each gift you create. Not super ideal.
