Great app , great support 10/10 :)

Support is always fast and good, they install everything for you and make sure their app is compatible with your OTHER apps -- not all app suppliers would do this. Price reasonable and functions are useful, they also customize the display of their functions to suit your theme at no extra cost. We have used it for almost a year now and no major problems so far and bugs are always fixed in no time.

Fantastic support, up and running quickly and I didn't even have to mess up my code a few times to get it right like other apps... seems to be doing the job and looks very professional. Highly recommend.

Brilliant App. Fits the bill perfectly when wanting to add 'Buy X and get Y free' functionality into the website. Kudos to the customer care staff and developers as well for swift work. Very happy with the choice :)

It started out rough with the communication but they go above and beyond in ensuring the job gets done quickly. It's better than the other app as customer service is key and this app and the co-owner kept consistent communication! Hands Down on customer appreciation and resolving issues.

The app is great. I tried their competition and chose this one. It does just what you want it to. Even better than the app is the support. Stephen went above and beyond to install the app and to help my shop run smoothly. He removed some inactive code from another app that was slowing down my site. I could not be happier with the service and I'm so glad I chose this app!

This is awesome, A very powerful and easy to set up marketing tool. We have been using it for some time and the take up has been excellent. It is a very worthwhile item to have for anyone wanting to give something extra for customers to remember them by. Thomas and the development team are always on hand with fantastic support. Nothing is too much trouble and I will recommend any work that they do

The support team was fast and helpful and got my app set up quickly.

We use this app for weekly free gifts on purchases over a certain amount. It works well and we are able to schedule the free gifts ahead of time. There have been a couple instances where the app seemed to glitch and not provide the free gift but customer support usually responds within 24 hours.

Good app and good service. Does what it's supposed to do.

Good app in theory, but glitchy and not worth the money - $15.99 is FAR too expensive, particularly for something I will use only a few times a year. Some super-frustrating glitches include: I have to delete the gift product and recreate and re-upload them because after the offer ends, the products become mysteriously "unavailable" and not even Shopify could repair it. Also you have to rely on customer honesty - I set it to give a free gift for purchases over $16, which it did, but if someone had only $4 in their cart, and added the free gift product (which was full price $15), then they got it for free instead of paying full price even though their cart did not total $16. Aww, so very tired of sloppy apps :-(

App works as advertised. Great support. No localization issues which is an exception for most Shopify apps.

This is a great app and does what Secomapp is promissing - and even more. The best is that the app is continuously extended an improved. And it has an easy to use interface to setup free gifts and promotions. I would actually give 6 stars if it would be possible for an amazing support. I needed some customization so that Free Gifts fits to our brand. There were some missing settings sto be able to fit Free Gifts to German language. John helped imediately - even on a weekend - and they added further options in the settings of the app to make life easier to configure stuff without the need to dive into the code. Also John was very friendly and had a lot of patience with quite a lot of questions from my side :) I'm also using Banner Slider and Quick View app from Secomap with the same experiences. Very good apps, easy to use and very fast and very friendly support.

John, is such a great guy with a lot of patience ! I've been running a shopify store for about a month now and realised that I needed a good app to run buyx get y offers in order to drive sales. I tried a few others which were extremely cumbersome and required a lot of insane code to get going. I struggled slightly with this one too, but John (The co-founder) basically held my hand through the entire process and it turned out to be extremely easy in the end (User error was the stumbling block). Thank you to John and his team for an amazing app !!!

I highly recommend this app and its amazing support staff! I have never encountered any other shopify app support that has been this helpful and prompt. I love how they've been able to customize the app for me, and I can already tell it is going to boost sales a lot! It looks fantastic and works perfectly! Thank you sooooo much!

First off I want to say that the support we received when implementing this app was phenomenal! The developer integrated the app for us and answered all of our questions, it was absolutely seamless and wonderful. In regards to the functionality of the app, it works wonderfully and does everything it promises and is very easy to use. Great app and I would HIGHLY recommend it!

Tried numerous apps that offer the flexibility to allow for offers such as "BOGOF", but this is by far the best I've come across. Not only is this a top app - easy to use, but free installation support is also given, which was complete within 12 hours from first contact! Highly recommend this app to anyone!

This is an absolutely amazing app. The support team is extremely helpful, friendly and quick. The app is easy to use and functions very well. I would highly recommend this app to all store owners especially after testing many others that were not nearly as good as this one.

This app provides much needed functionality to Shopify, and the customer support is great! They helped us get things going even though it was late at night, and we got our sale up on time!

This app is perfect for creating BOGO deals. In our case we wanted to use set dollar amounts to entice customers to get the free gifts - works perfectly with Free Gifts! Also I can't say enough about how awesome their support is, in particular John N. was a HUGE help and gave some of the best online support I have ever received!!!

This app is very good. Didn't quiet suit what I need. The excellent customer support members were more then helpful, they helped me install it and customise to suit my needs !! I Wanted the app to do something it couldn't do at present, support staff have given my suggestion to development staff to develop so that I can implement it in my store. Highly recommended
