They’re not just responsive — they actually care about fixing things and improving the product. Great app and top tier customer service! The app is very easy to use, with plenty of options and resources to compose a compelling article. Even for inexperienced posters (like myself) Bloggle makes it simple to write a post that can outperform competitors. It provides actionable recommendations for SEO and user experience, high-converting templates and customisable segments to make your blog stand out. But what really makes Bloggle stand out from other blog options is their next-level customer service. Seriously the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had a minor issue with one of the features, so I reached out to the customer support team. Within 30 minutes, I received a very informative response from Gab and, a temporary solution until their developers could rectify the issue. The problem was then fixed by the following day! Fast response followed by a prompt solution. I would recommend Bloggle to anyone needing a blog building service, regardless of experience. A major upgrade to the “blog” feature that Shopify offers. Existing articles can be easily imported. SEO and UX help is displayed so that even beginners can optimize their texts. Support is available and immediately fixed a problem that arose due to another app. Bloggle is easy to handle and the posts look great.
