We've been using BIK for more than a year. I enjoy using the App for our day to day Customer affairs. Features I'm happy about: 1. Smooth functioning. Easy to interact with the customers over messages over WhatsApp 2. The Support team is very prompt in responding and assisting. 3. Journeys are easy to be created from scratch and modify anytime. 4. Shopify integration is seamless, making it easy to share the product details. Suggestions: 1. Feature to search using a keyword in the chats. 2. A feature to close the Spam tickets without sending CSAT 3. The appearance of IG, WA, FB and Email can be tailored to stand out, as customer behavior varies across all four platforms

Great Tool for Customer Management & Retargeting! We've been seeing excellent results using this tool, with an impressive average ROAS of 11.6 last month. The whatsapp failure rate seems higher on BiK than other apps, and the campaigns were not set up properly, it kept failing. While the idea of having all modes together is useful like whatsapp, email and Instagram — my experience was not good with BiK.

Bik automation is very helpful for automating WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns, bringing them all into one place. Sarangi is also very helpful when we're stuck while creating campaigns, and she even creates the campaigns on our behalf if we're unable to do so.

It's surprisingly better than what I expected. The app is user-friendly for a person like me who has very little tech knowledge. The journeys, pop-ups, and campaigns have a lot of optimizations compared to other providers. The onboarding experience & support have been very good in communicating (Kudos to Sarangi).
