I wish I could give this app more than five stars. Leo the owner is the nicest and coolest guy I've ever chatted with. He was incredibly helpful when setting up my store! Not only was he helpful but he also made conversation with me which I grealty appreciated it. If you are on the fence about downloading this app just do it because you won't regret it!

No issues so far, easy to ad any digital products, simple download instructions! I tried a few other apps and I was dissatified with both of them. Glad that this has worked smoothly.

Although I haven't officially set up my products yet, I had to chat with Leo tonight to get my account verified and to ask some questions. He was one of the nicest people I ever spoke with and I look forward to BIG Digital Downloads Products handling my business needs. I should have things up and running sometime this week. If I have to, I'll change my review...but I sincerely doubt that'll be happening.

This is such a user friendly app, especially for beginners like me. This is my first time selling a digital product, and BIG digital downloads made it incredibly easy. The chat is super helpful too! I had questions that were answered quickly by a real person who took the time to get to the bottom of a concern I had. He even went through the process of downloading my product so he could see what was happening first hand. I’m so glad I chose this app! I use it with my Shopify store, and it merges perfectly! 10/10!!

First of all, as a newbie with only 50% comprehension skills of the average person, I am still able to use the app. Secondly, the customer service person and the Chat function itself are two of the bests I have ever encountered. The chat let me know when there were incoming messages and was easier to navigate than Shopify's. And Leo was completely able to get me information at my level. I feel confident that a person with skills, even basic ones I do not have, can master this app with ease. And that I can get all the help I need, if I need it.

So far so good! This app has been helpful with posting my digital products, the walk through was easy to follow and the owner is quick to respond with any questions.
