Exhaustive reports that gives important insight on your business. As a small business Better Reports can provide a lot of information for us in matter of seconds. Their amazing customer service is friendly and most importantly very quick and thorough.

I've had a great experience with Better Reports to get information needed for certain filings. Their team was also very responsive too.

Can't imagine having Shopify without this! Shopify is great but reports are limited. We have a large amount of products and transactions and Better Reports gives us the options that we need to better understand our business. I can't say enough good things about Better Reports, especially the support available. My Shopify e-comm has been established for a number of years, but I recently switched my POS to Shopify as well, and have a broader set of reporting needs. The support team has been so kind--and quick--in helping me pull data I need. Very much worth the monthly app fee.

This app is a great help for our reporting - simple to use and it allows you to get as granular as needed. Quickly and easily generate reports on demand - or schedule and send regular reports to other departments of you business. On the couple of occasions I have needed help - their support staff have been swift to respond (& very helpful) Highly recommended

Better Reports has been extremely helpful in understanding my store data where Shopify Reports is lacking. Also, I can't say enough about their customer support. Been using BR for four years and I rely on it to run some critical aspects of my production and logistics, so much so that I have not had to create a bespoke solution for many workflows since I installed it.
