This tool is used more than I expected by our customers. Recently there was an issue with the plugin, their team provided a really quick turn-a-round to resolve the issue.

Just started to using it - very easy and user friendly. What i like the most is the option of automatic notifications when sth is back in stock (email notifications as well as text messages on mobile). Client support very kind and helpful.

We were looking for an app to notify our customers when items were back in stock instead of having to make lists and email them on our own. We downloaded the app and within minutes had a representative walk us through and even helped set it up for us. The team that developed this app and work the customer service end of it are awesome. Highly recommend!

Configuration of the back in stock alerts are really detailed, completly melt the website design. Very performant support.

just starting to use this app but i was super easy to install and the customer service was attentive from the get go.. love the options esp the free one PLUS they offer texts and/or emails for "back in stock" notifications. WIN WIN.. definitely check them out!

This app does what it's supposed to do. But on top of that the customer service sets the Back In Stock team apart. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help me troubleshoot issues. I highly recommend the app and team. Keep it up!

I use this app to help me to retrieve emails from customers on back in stock items. Its very useful and easy to use. Customer Service for this app is also 100% responsive in a timely manner.

Very cheap for what it allows. We are often out of stock and see dozens of customers registering to our list. When we replenish inventory, we always get sales in the hours thanks to this app. Also, their support is fast and helpful. Make sure you don't replenish your inventory by mistake because it will send the emails & SMS automatically and you'll lose these customers from your list. We've had this issue in the past and now we use their batch send feature to send in as much emails as products in stock with intervals of 1 hour. This limits the loss of emails and overselling by mistake.

Great app, great support team. Did not integrate with my custom theme right away, but their team jumped right on it and got it working for me ASAP!
